This place is a joke. It was one failure after another. We wanted to stop by to try some nachos before the Texas Stars Hockey game. Their menu boasted several different kinds. Our server took our order only for anther server to come back to retake our order because of some miscommunication on their part. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Nachos full order while my girlfriend ordered the Cheese Nachos half order. When the food came out I asked my girlfriend where the rest of her food was? The server handed her a plate with 6 chips with canned fake cheese on it. 6 CHIPS for $4.75! You have to be joking me. There were more chips in the free basket we got when we sat down. My order was no better since I only had 12 chips. I asked the waiter why her half order only had 6 chips and he told me that the half order only comes with 6 chips but the full order for $9.95 comes with 12 chips. Once I got passed the pitiful number of chips I saw what a pathetic excuse I was given for chicken. The chicken was bland, warm and completely dry. There is no possible way the chicken on my plate was cooked fresh when I ordered it. It was clearly made sometime earlier that day if I was lucky. I took one bite and asked for the check. The server had the good sense to give me the check with a discount since the food was pathetic. Even so I still feel I over paid for 6 chips and one bite. I will never come to this place again and I strongly urge everyone to run away. There is no common sense on pricing, potion or quality at Los Reyes. $5 for 6 chips with canned cheese,...

Grabbed carry out from Los Reyes over the weekend, very happy with it! Simple order... caldo de pollo and el mexican plate with fajita chicken and barbacoa. When picking up, I needed one more hand, so one of the waiters followed me out to my car with the rest of the order! That was nice... the restaurant itself is larger than you'd like from the outside. It's in the corner of a strip mall, and opens up in a wedge shape when you walk in.

The caldo de pollo was probably one of the best we've had in ATX! Delicious! The single order of the soup came with three whole chicken thighs, skin on... a good clue as to why the soup is so good! Whole bone-in chicken thighs, with skin, a great base for the soup. The meats in the plate were good. The barbacoa was a bit on the salty side, likely from cooking down a bit on the stove, still tasty though. The beans and rice were good too! A complimentary bag of chips with salsa was not requested but was included in the order. Another nice touch! We'll try Los Reyes again soon. Recommend...

Arrived for lunch/Dinner with my baby sister. Was seated immediately as we seat ourselves. Little lady came to take our order, it was clear she could not speak English. Being from out of town and no Spanish background, we ordered our dinner. Once we received the order none of it was correct. We asked for french fries and ranch dressing we received no french fries but got the blue cheese dressing. Asked for a chicken enchilada and received a cheese enchilada. Ask for more napkins and only received two. I ordered the Barbacoa plate and ask for no pico de gallo and no jalapenos and received it instead. Although the Barbacoa was good and the corn tortillas great and my sisters meal okay, the drinks were awesome except for we asked for lemons for our water and received limes instead. Later we were told there were no lemons. Anyone speaking Spanish we'll get along great here, those individuals where Spanish is not your primary language keep your distance and...

First, we tried not to lose our appetite coming into the front door entrance they share with WE are Blood Bank foyer. You’ll see people come out scratching, itching and all that implies to that environment of giving blood for money. If you get past that tasty flavor in your mouth then you can probably survive the rest. Bad service with frown faces. Waitress very sloppy about getting the order right Food over cooked and served in increments. When we hinted about her timing of bringing in forgotten food, she brings her manager to insist we pay since they finally got it down once we were ready to go and our son didn’t eat with us. The area is primarily where people don’t know the difference what good Mexican food is besides salt and pepper flavor. Zero stars

Tried this spot after the 1st one we went to was a food truck. Wait staff young, and seems inexperienced, and/or timid. Restaurant charges for chips and salsa, which is not the norm for a Mexican restaurant. Ordered guacamole, which had good flavor. Had the chorizo burrito with a side of potatoes, and frioles. Also, Migas chorizo plate. It had too many straps and not enough of chorizo con huevos. There were 2 other tables, already ordered and received meal. Ours took quite a while to receive. Food good, just slow service. Wait staff stayed behind wall chatting instead of checking in on customers more frequently than they should. Place could have been a little more clean. Women's restroom dark, as light out in fixture.
