06/24/2019 08:30pm Fairly Bad Experience all round. Service was extremely Sub Par. Food was tasteless and I’ll prepared. Portions were small and ingredients not present. Employees did not seem to care. Order was taken ok did not need to repeat much. We waited a little longer than used to. Finally the person at the window said they were cooking part of our order could we please pull forward and he would personally bring it out. After far to long I suggested we just leave my wife said “I’ll get our money back”. Several customers had come and gone when She went in the product they said was cooking was plentiful on the table. Upon asking for Our money back, I guess the front register person decided to complete our order instead of returning our cash. Rather than push the point my wife accepted the bag by now cold. At home our disappointment continued. My Beef and Broccoli consisted of partially cooked Broccoli and no Beef. Our entire order lacked any flavor. I’ve never had a worse meal at panda ever. I will not be going back and I feel a duty to warn others to avoid this particular Panda Express. I feel I’ll served I’ll used and cheated even. Read moreMy experience comes more from a mgt side. This was my 17 year old daughters first job and I hate she had to experience piss poor mgt. I’m an executive chef myself and I expected or assumed that a restaurant of this magnitude would be ran a little better. She came home complaining about cleaning up roaches, the mgt staff is really insensitive to people choosing to quarantine if they been around Covid positive people. Whomever makes the work schedule waits until the very last minute to post schedule for following week, like the last day of the work week is Saturday, who in there right mind waits until Friday night to post the schedule. Completely idiotic to me. Last but not least, if you call in, you can just text the mgr. lol I WISH ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES WOULD “TEXT ME” CALLING IN. I will not eat there whatsoever because waiting on my daughter to get off work some days, I seen a kid, on more than one occasion take a to go order outside, with gloves on mind you, touch the door coming back in, fix his hair, go back behind the line and fix more food, and take another order outside…….. all while having the same gloves. Read moreThe manager was very unpleasant. The atmosphere was very negative and their sense of urgency to get me out the window was unkind. The overall vibe check did not pass. I had paid for the food and was waiting the handoff when i decided that I don’t want to eat here. Little did I know my gut instincts were right. This place is bad news! I did not want to accept the food and asked to be given a refund and the manager said I can call corporate if I want to get a refund I had not even accepted the food. It was overall a poor experience. I did accept the food (i mean she charged me but now i should have just disputed the charges and saved me from the poor taste in my mouth literally) and the manager gave the most sarcastic have a great day gesture. There were missing items and the taste was off, I could not enjoy the food so I tossed it and went for a cheeseburger instead.
