Starbucks — Restaurant in Cedar Park

I visited this Starbucks for the first time today. I knew going in that I would have wait about 20 minutes (max) to receive my order due to ordering the traveler box of coffee without calling ahead or ordering on the app. I do this multiple times a month for work events and it usually takes about 15, but they tell you 20...

That being said, when I watch the barista check out and complete customer after customer after customer while I'm waiting for mine to be put together (because at this point, 20 minutes in.... the coffee is brewed, she just wont stop helping other people) it becomes irritating. It took me getting in line and waiting another 5 minutes until it was my turn..... again.... to have her finish putting the things on the box that hold the cream, sugar, and cups.

Every customer is important and each should be treated as such. The next person in line would have understood if you told them to give you 2 minutes to put my order together as I had already been waiting 30 minutes.

I will not visit this...

My husband and I go this Starbucks at least 4-5x per week. My husband always takes his personal cup on the drive thru and gives the cup without the lid to the barista and the barista fills the cup, they give us the cup back and we place the lid on. This morning 9:30am same thing except that the lady that was on shift refused to fill the cup, we told her this is something we do multiple times a week and she still refused multiple times although we said this was a hazard and an inconvenience. She said she could not take our cup? … never had this happened before at any Starbucks, drive thru or not. Instead she gave us the Starbucks cup with lid on for us to pour it in our own cup. As much as I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks I had to give them one star for this specific location. Each time that I have gone here there has been something wrong with my order. I'm not one to complain especially when the service is good. But this particular morning my entire order was not right. The Frappachino I ordered was made with nothing but whipped cream. I'm not sure if they forgot the coffee or what but it was literally nothing in the cup but whipped cream. The Cheese Danish I ordered was cold and the cheese was hard. Not sure if it had been sitting out or they just forgot to warm it. Normally I have been spoiled to a warmed cheese Danish every time I order it from Starbucks. I was pretty disappointed.
