Wendy's — Restaurant in Cedar Park

Was in a pinch and had not been able to prepare a late lunch or a early dinner before my shift at work. So undecided to go by Wendy's for a quick meal order the spicy chicken sandwich meal wotha coke and the nuggets just incase I was really hungry, if not in would eat those later.

The order took a little but not too long because the person at the window was being trained on the duties of the window teller. So I was excepting of that. I understood that you have to train them some time, which wasnt an issue at all. But when I got my food and I reach in the bag to grab a few fries like probably 100% of people do at fastfood drive thrus and what do I find my french which I just order not hot and not even warm. The burger was hot thank goodness but the fries weren't at all. They were almost starting to feel cold. I thought to my self how in the world could that even be when I just ordered them 1 minute earlier. So since I hadnt even left the parking lot yet I park walk back in ask for some hot fries. My issue besides the hot fries was all the attitude that I recieved cause I wanted hot food. Tou can hear everyone in the back talking saying things like what does he want, oh he wanted some hot fries people smacking their teeth like I'm in the wrong. I dont normally chose Wendy's when I'm in a crunch for time and hungry but since they had the shortest line I tried my luck. Well you know what I wont be trying my luck their ever again thanks but no thanks. This location had atleast 5 people working when I walked back in there on a what seemed to be a slow day and you couldn't get hit fries made for one damn order oh and I didnt mention that I should have check my nuggets too cause when I got to my apartment less the 2 miles away they were cold as well. Not happy with this trip at all....

Thank you, Wendy’s for always having awesome salads. For fast food, your salad quality is superior especially considering your competitors salad options. Chicken is always tender, not overcooked or left under a heat lamp too long, and I have yet to find fatty chicken in the salad—huge A plus there. Salad greens are fresh and crisp, and it’s not just iceberg lettuce, there are some mixed spring greens and arugula in there too. Tomatoes are fresh as well! I never find any yellow tomatoes or tomato butts which is always a nuisance when you want tomatoes in your salad at ANY restaurant. Croutons are crispy not stale or soggy. Who knew a fast food restaurant could make amazing salads! Service is always 5 star as well! They never forget anything extra I had on, like extra dressing. Most places you have to remind them a few times you ordered extra dressing, and check your bag before you leave, but not Wendy’s. Thank you, Wendy’s! Keep up the good work! So I go to get the family a couple bags of burgers and and they don't have drink carriers OK. I get home and find that every that every order has half of the fries that they're supposed to have and the sandwiches are cold. I guess I should have suspected that this was gonna happen when I was placing my order and strangely enough the person I was talking to couldn't understand that I wanted my sandwich plane low and behold I get to the window and here's the person I originally talk to And of course the he speaks no English and can barely apologize to me that he speaks no English they must have barely taught him how to count to 11 today taking my meal number is not taking my order. I'm for everyone having a job but that is not the person I want to talk to. I called the phone to complain after the 4th time they answered and hung up I called several more times the phone will not accept messages I guess it wouldn't matter since my local Wendy's cannot employ anyone that can speak English This is...
