Casey's — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

Nice Casey’s here on the NE side of Downtown Cedar Rapids, IA. When I came, the store was clean, however, the floor could be used to be replaced. The floor to my eyes has seen its useful life and needs to be replaced soon. The exterior was pretty clean & organized. You may ask “Shy, why did you mark the Atmosphere a 4 instead of 5?” Well, when I came in, there was a whole lot of talking, like, I’m talking more than normal. I could, however, still hear the staff. The breakfast pizza slices were really good & fresh. To I, they looked so good, I took 2 of them Sausage Breakfast Slices. I didn’t find any 40oz Cups. All they had were 30 or 52 oz cups if you want a fountain drink. I got a 30oz Fountain full of Coca-Cola. The staff, despite the loud talking, were nice & friendly. I like the way this location has their fountain area laid out: Coffee on the left, Soda in the center, and your slush on the right. I also grabbed a Feastables PB bar with the pizza & soda. The total with taxes came to 10.68. I saw this location does get quite of bit of traffic. If you’re going here from I-380, It’s 1/2 a mile from Exit 20B. Claimed bathrooms are out of order which is ridiculous as I know for a fact those employees aren't going their whole shifts not using a bathroom also how are they washing their hands to stop the spread of germs ect. I wouldn't buy food here since you can't use a bathroom they obviously can't either or have clean hands to prepare your food. I travel in the lower 48 states and have never been refused the basic need of using a bathroom. I'm clean dressed nice not homeless ect and you treated me like a drug addict. I'll never spend another dollar at your stores. Also have a call into your corporate office to file a formal complaint. This Casey's has a bad track record of not making food, giving people the wrong food, undercooking pizza, and making pizzas wrong. On November 1st, I placed an order, when I went to pick up my food 30 minutes later, the person running the ovens has not even started making my order. On top of that, he was standing there playing on his phone. I'm a truck driver, I don't have time to work on a lazy person's time, I just put in 16 hours of work and been awake for 19, and I have to be up for another 14 hour day less than 8 hours after this encounter.
