Went through and ordered the #6 (the veggie). Drive through went well, the cashier definitely could have been more friendly- very cold and non conversational (which could’ve been due to her having a bad day or whatever- which is fine, but you also have to be somewhat friendly with customers). However, the issue comes into play when I get home and open my sandwich. Like I said above, I order the veggie (which is just cheese, mayo, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato) and went to dig in cause ya girl hungry. However, the sight of some extremely pale and nasty looking cheese, or that’s what I thought. Upon looking at that piece of cheese closer, I realised it was MEAT. Although this might not seem like a big deal, but I am allergic to meat and could have had an extreme reaction. The employees reaction was also extremely childish. Don’t get me wrong they did remake the sandwich for free, but that was it. I returned to the store to get a new sandwich and the lady that took the sandwich told the sandwich makers that this sandwich was made wrong. To which the sandwich makers all got super defensive and would say “I didn’t make it” or “I just got here”. They did eventually make the correct sandwich and handed it to me with a half-assed “sorry that that happened”. Glad I got the correct sandwich, but definitely should’ve been given compensation (not necessarily a monetary compensation) for having driven home just to have to turn around to get the sandwich I definitely should’ve been given...
Read moreI came through the drive thru to get a toasted sub and they repeated the order back that it was toasted, and even put a toasted sticker on the sandwich paper, but it was not toasted. They also charged me for bacon that they didnt put in the sandwich. My guess is they had to cook it to give it out cause its pork but theyre so lazy that they didnt do that either. Why tf would you even buy a toaster not to use it? Why even give me the option to toast when your workers are too lazy to let it sit in the oven for 2 minutes? What wrong with the management that the workers wont even do the bare minimum? Why are you hiring people that cant do simple tasks like cook a sandwich when America is in a recesssion? This place literally sucks. Its actually the worst food in the connected chain of restaurants. And its all ingrediants you choose yourself. Idk how they suck so much, its like a Subway ran by blind and...
Read moreAfter giving specific instructions to the person taking my order for the driver to call upon arrival my food was passed off to a stranger without my knowledge. Only after seeing the driver leave the property did I realize i must have missed them. I called the store and was told that the driver likely just DROPPED MY FOOD OFF, when i asked where they said likely at the front desk. When I asked why i wasn't called as requested the employee simply told me (with a bit if a laugh) that sometimes the drivers don't really pay attention to the special instructions. The people at the desk had no idea what i was talking about seeing a there's multiple offices at this address so long story short im F$@#ED! Been a huge fan of Jimmy John's for years, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. So here I am, out my money and still hungry. Never again Jimmy...
