I have a totally different view on the Williams Blvd store since 9/27/2024. My daughter went to pick up our order from curbside and it took over 35 minutes to receive it!!! She saw many cars passing her & being helped while she was waiting. She had to go into the McDonald's 3x's to see what was taking so long!!! She tried talking to the manager but she was outright RUDE!!! Food was very cold!! I called them when my daughter got home because she was livid!!!!!!!! I talked to the manager and she never said she was sorry or that she would replace my food, she just made excuses. Now on 9/28/2024 I called to ask for one of the General Managers, I talked to Mallory. She said how sorry she was and that I could come in and get my food replaced & tell them Mallory ok'd it. She was awesome!!! (= Around 3:30pm that same day, I took my 5 year old great granddaughter with me so we could get her Happy Meal again. We went inside and were immediately greeted by Sylvia at the register in which I told her Mallory sent us to get our order replaced. She looked to her right and said that the manager was needed. The manager, Chloe, looked over at us and then turned around and went about making French fries and doing something at a table close to her. We waited for over 15 minutes with Chloe totally ignoring us!!!!! I even stated to Sylvia that Chloe is being totally rude, in which Sylvia said that she's like that to everyone!!! How pathetic is that?!?! I found out that she just became a General Manager and that really scared me!!!! Today, 9/30/2024, I called McDonald's Corporate @ 1-800-244-6227, to make a complaint. There are good employees there that need to work and try to not make waves but they shouldn't have to work with people like that!!! If they clean house with getting the rude people out I will...
Read moreFirst of all, we sat in the drive through for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES before making it to the cashier window without ANY APOLOGY FOR THE LONG WAIT. When we got our food we left and realized that our food had not been made correctly (we ordered plain cheese burgers and they had everything on them) and our soda was Dr Pepper NOT Diet Coke. We decided to turn around and go in and when we approached the manager she was so rude and told us that the person taking orders was autistic so that’s why our order was wrong and then proceeded to tell us that she was the only manager there that was 24 years old and everyone else was “underage” and she was short staffed so when we asked for our money back and new burgers she said “I’ll give you your money back but I’m refusing to serve you” she then threatened to call the cops and walked to the back. As we sat there for another few minutes no one acknowledged us so we decided to leave and on our way out 3 of the workers were sitting at a table (2 males and a female) and the female said “little do they know, I served them with a bloody finger” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I would recommend NO ONE ever eats at this location. I wasnt expecting 5 star service at McDonald’s but I was expecting a little better service than what we experienced. We were treated like animals and it’s unacceptable. The manager completely threw the autistic cashier under the bus which is extremely unfair and if someone cannot put in orders (autistic or not) they should not be taking them. I would advise higher management to do something on behalf of this location to please their clientele. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. I eat at McDonald’s once every few months and I will NEVER be eating here again. Culver’s...
Read moreI like share my experience today and offer some suggestions for process improvements. I went through the drive through today at 11:45am. Your staff took my order and asked me to park in a stall as they'd be waiting on the fries. At that time there were 4 cars waiting. After the 4 cars received their food, about 3 cars proceeded through the drive thru, receiving their orders. That was about 12 noon, 15 minutes after placing my order. Over the next 3 minutes there were about 11 cars waiting for their orders along with me. At the 20 minutes wait time, I approached one of the runners, inquiring on my order. He said he'd check, eventually he told me they couldn't fine my order and asked if I went through the drive thru, I said yes and showed him my receipt. He took my receipt and made my order, that was at at 12:23, 38 minutes after I placed my order. That too long to wait for "fast food". Now here's a suggestion for process improvement for you drive thru for customers that have to wait for their orders. I couldn't help but notice your runners would come out to the vehicles and ask each one what there order was, going from car to car, numerous times, before they get the correct car. All of the receipts have a large number on the top, you could simply have that number printed off and give it the driver. This would expedite the orders to the correct car and eliminate somebody taking other customers orders, as I assume that what happened to my order. I wasn't the only customer that was looking for...
