I placed an order online. Simple. After falsely saying it was delivered, I called the store. Person says it was handed to another customer. Said it would be 20 mins. Breadsticks were not delivered. Pizza was lukewarm at best after 2.5 hours of waiting. Said I didn't order any bread when I called & I read them the order number. Told me to call back in the morning. Asked if I could have them delivered or get a credit, said no. They couldn't. Spoke to Demitrius around 2pm next day as I was at work until then. He offered to give me a large pizza with breadsticks. Just to call & say I had a credit. I call today. Betty (the GM) says that I spoke to her. That she can only do a 25% off next order. I say I want a refund for the breadsticks or the credit Demitrius stated. Keeps repeating I spoke to her and that she can do 25% off. Which is basically nothing. Try calling the customer service/filing a complaint. Get put on hold for 35 minutes. Call the store. Picked up and immediately put on hold. I was not impolite. I was calm. I worked customer service for over a decade. I get it. However, I will never be ordering from this franchise again after going with them over their competitors since 2009. I've NEVER had an issue with the quality or service until moving to this location's service area. If you can call it service. Read moreMy friend is a regular customer and has order from here for a long time. She is currently staying with me so the address is different. In the past any driver who could not find this address would call for help. This one didn't but maybe he was new. We try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Here is what was so upsetting, my friend called tonight 6-11-2021 @9:05 to talked to the manager John. She stated the pizza still had not come and she could see from the tracking he was going the wrong way, It was ordered at 6:40 and so she just decided to cancel it. Our disappointment is NOT with the driver. She called the manager, John who actually and totally acted like he could care less. Total un-responsive and or sympathica. The driver finally showed up, very nice and my friend said oh we had canceled this, she was upset that the manager, John acted like he could care less. Driver said he would call the store and did and after a few minutes just left. I think this whole thing stinks and could have been handled differently if the so called manager, John cared at least a little she would have even still paid for it except since he could have cared less she will not be ordering again.

Read moreI've ordered food from here many times and its been what I'd expect from any Papa John's. Tonight, my negative experience started after I walked in to pick up my online order. I was the only customer present, there were 5 employees standing around, and two of them stopped talking amongst themselves to say that they'd be right with me. After what I believe to be way too long of a wait, one of the employees finally asked if I was there to pick up my order. I replied that I was, they confirmed which of the two pending orders was mine, and then had to go get someone from the office to check me put because they couldn't figure out what to do. I should have checked the pizza before I left, but I trusted they'd provide the same quality of pizza they always do. When I got home, I opened the boxes and one of the two pizzas had uncooked dough in the middle that was so thin there were holes in it.
