Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

Not one of my favorite Papa Murphys. Old, small building. Rude woman at the order counter. I stopped in to pick up cheesy bread for my kids and the computer system wasn't working. I didn't notice the sign on the door explaining this so when I went to order I saw the paper at the register explaining that the computer system was down and I asked the rude woman at the register if I needed cash to pay and she stared at me and pointed at the paper. Rudly implying I should read the explanation on the paper. I found this very rude and extremely bad customer service. For one thing the printed paper was 2 paragraphs long and small print. A bold, short statement of: COMPUTER SYSTEM DOWN, CASH ONLY would have worked much better. It would have been seen by all, instead of leaving customers unknowing and being treated rudly by staff. Worst management ever. Manager name is Preston and he was threatening people while making my pizza "if you knock the dough over I will kill you" and no, not jokingly. The employee was so scared they cried on the line. I asked for my money back because I'm not paying to a company who would let their employees be treated like that. There was a lady in front of me at checkout that was harassing the cashier about personal matters and went on and on and was extremely awkward. When her pizza order came she continued with the awkward personal guestions. The kid kept smiling the whole time. When I received my pizza I told him I didn't know who she was but definitly made my customer experince awkward. It wasn't the time or place for to be doing that. She deserves an award for making everyone...
