This location opens up at 8:00 am. I arrived yesterday around 8:15 am. As I entered the store, I was not greeted with a friendly smile as one would think. It was more of a grumble & annoyance that I had interrupted what she had been doing. It was pretty clear she had arrived to work late, was in a horrible mood & not very friendly. When I told her I would like to order... she informed me that I was to wait while she made food tags & finished setting up.
Had she asked me what I wanted, she would have been able to make my bacon, egg & cheese flat bread.... as those items had already been staged. Instead, I stood there for 10-15 minutes, before I decided to leave.
Following that incident, I landed at the Edgewood location. During the interaction with the gentleman at this location, which I will say he was friendly & helpful, I learned that both stores were under the same ownership. I asked if I could have the contact information for ownership. He provided the number, but made the comment that he didn't know if anybody would get back to me. At the time I thought was an odd thing to say, but after listening to a very long message, hearing their wonky office hours & being unable to leave a voicemail... makes perfect sense why nobody would be getting back to me.
Needless to say, I'm not real impressed with the subways under this...
Read moreI did an online order through them, it gave them over 20 minutes to prepare the sandwich and I got a messy sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with cheese several veggies some sauce toasted. I received a soggy sandwich with the bare minimum of everything even though I requested more of several items no sauce and no cheese. Normally this subway does well. And I’m very upset they can’t get my lunch correct when I’m on the go to get to work. I don’t know if it was the girls working today or if it’s your new employees in general, but I was very dissatisfied. They have plenty of time to prepare and when I went in there there were no other people no other orders nothing they were just standing around. Read moreKatie & Calvin were very rude and very impatient, they rushed making my sandwich and my pay process… Katie seemed like she was on drugs and was rude as hell, while asking what I wanted on my sandwich, she also claimed that they were out of certain food but the delivery guy was there when I arrived. Calvin assumed I was paying with card so he walked away and when I said I was paying with cash, he sighed really loud and got mad.
