I don’t usually complain but when I was handed my drink today and it wasn’t filled to the top I said something to the girl about it, she told me it’s how I ordered it that it wasn’t full, I informed her that I’ve been ordering it this way for well over 6 months and it’s always been filled to the top at every other location I’ve ever been to!! I spoke to who I assume was a manager and she all but told me I was wrong and wouldn’t fix my drinks, needless to say I will never be back to this location!!!

The experience wasn’t terrible, but I paid for a Venti Matcha with Vanilla and when i received it, most of it was foam. I took about 2 sips and let it settle and this was how much was in it. I work in a coffee shop and selling a matcha with this much foam should be something you know not to hand to a customer.

Drive thru only, people were nice and product was made correctly. Im from out of town,, and it was so comforting to get the same familiar flavors. Everything you could ask for. Wait times are a little long. The view while in drive thru could use some work. It was hard to navigate the tail of the long line.

Friendly welcome and order but beverage prep was wrong. I ordered a venti cold brew w/ vanilla and ALMOND milk. I saw her use 1/2 &1/2 so thought it was for someone else, but it was mine. I told her nix on the dairy.. she checked the sticker and said sorry, then emptied the drink in the sink and started over in the same glass w/ no rinse! Same glass?!! When she brought it back I told her the no rinse couldn't work for me..so she finally got it right and in clean glass.. NO MILK is not a preference for me, it's a NO CHOICE for me!! Reaction to the 1/2 & 1/2 would have had very serious reactions for me. I told her I was sorry to have had to slow down her demand.. she was very busy.. I give her credit for her reply of, "no problem, it was my fault". I'm just thankful I didn't order...

I’m not normally one to complain nor do I normally have an issue with this location, but yesterday I came through the drive-through and I ordered a Venti apple crisp oatmilk crème Frappuccino. When I got to the window and was handed my drink, I could tell it wasn’t cream and could tell it had coffee in it. I said something to the employee at the window and she argued with me that it was cream based based on the sticker that was on the cup. I said all right, so I left it was not cream based it was coffee based.. So I went to a different location today and ordered the same thing and I was happy to say that I got the right thing and I didn’t get argued with. What happened to the customer is always right? Especially when the customer can tell the difference between cream based and...

We ordered there and it was all fine but then we got up to pay and get are stuff we paid but then it was a whole 15 mins to 20 but we finally got our drinks and it was all wrong we ordered one venti strawberry refresher with no berry’s and with peach juice and then we ordered a grande strawberry refresher with no berry’s and with peach juice then we ordered a tall strawberry refresher with no berry’s and with cold foam we then ordered a grilled cheese and a bacon sandwich we got the bacon sandwich and the grilled cheese but when are drinks came out it was all wrong all of the drinks were strawberry refreshers with no berry’s and peach juice and they were all in the wrong sizes and there was no cold foam on top and had peach juice and they gave us a matcha instead of our...
