New girl on Tuesday nights is a joke. I asked for food menus and a shot for each of my friends and I. It took 15 minutes to get the shot. After dropping of the shots I didn’t get to talk to her the remainder of the night. I almost walked out on the bill. Never once asked me if I wanted a drink or food. Never came back to the table to check in. She made the shot wrong. Wrong vodka for an upside down pineapple cake shot. Used vanilla Smirnoff vodka and idk if she even used pineapple juice or maybe it was expired I’m not sure. Worst shots I’ve ever taken. And even worse customer service. When I go to Red Frog on my own I have the wonderful opportunity of savoring one of their hamburgers, I enjoy every juicy bite, noticing the flavors dancing on my tongue, I feel the texture with each chew, appreciate the nourishment the chef offered me that evening. This is really what I feel : a sense of joy in the simple act of eating there. Is really that incredible? Wannabe biker bar. Unless you know the owner don’t bother going in. The second assumed owner sat at a table with her friends all night. Went down hill big time.

Sorry it won’t let me reply to the owners answer but there were a total of about 15 to 20 people in the bar total. Don’t blame poor service on st Patrick’s day. And if she was not the owner why was she behind the bar getting drinks for herself and the table she was with.
