Culver’s — Restaurant in Cedar Springs

We ordered 3 double-butter burgers with cheese Tuesday night around 6 pm and they put so much salt on the burgers we were unable to eat them. We were traveling and left before we ate the burgers were far enough away we decided to take the loss and kept going without going back to complain. The onion rings and strawberry malts were delicious like always. We've never had an issue like this at any other Culver's thank goodness.

Update: 4/18/2023 Culver's customer service contacted me shortly after I wrote my initial review and apologized for our inconvenience and offered us 2 free meals. Within about a week we received 2 coupons for deluxe meals. Approximately 3 weeks ago we attempted to use the coupons at Culver's in Saginaw not knowing the coupons were specifically for the Culver's in Cedar Springs where we received our 3 bad-tasting meals. Unfortunately, we live 3 hours away and weren't planning a trip back there until now. We are currently at Culver's in Cedar Springs and received our 2 free meals and had to pay $7.00 extra to upgrade to our normal meals, which were exceptionally delicious and encouraged me to upgrade my original rating to 5 stars. 🌟

Update: 8/17/2023 We've always gotten great food at Culver's and believe it was a disgruntled employee who purposely put the excessive amount of salt on our burgers I complained about in the first review. We're happy to say that that was the first and hopefully the last time we have that experience 😀 we love Culver's food enough to hope one will eventually get built closer to...

EXCELLENT VISIT! The order was executed perfectly, food was hot and fresh ! Need I say more !? This was the absolute hands down best experience at any Culver’s we’ve ever been to !

We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a Mushroom Swiss burger meal with their root beer . Cheese curds , cheese sauce . We eat at many locations and have never experienced the quality of food as we did at this location !

This should be a training store if it’s not already one ! Not only was our food delicious and fresh & hot , the team was polite and friendly and order accurate ! We finished each of our meals with dessert, two concrete mixers with the perfect amount of added mix ins. I can not wait to visit this location again. We will be back ! This is going to be a regular stop on our way up north from now on !!

We ordered through the drive up and this being a special treat for us for us we ordered 2 piece fish dinner with baked potatoes, and my husband said duplicate that order for me. It was explained to us that that they didn't have baked potatoes that they have mashed or French fries ,OK I said we'll take mashed. now she said do you want to replace the mashed with coleslaw or French fries, No we said we want mashed so then we ordered 2 diet drinks. She gives us our total it was quite a shock because it was kinda high. When we get to the drive up window she then tells us that our sodas were not added to the amount of our bills so now we would have to pay more, little upset I hand more money and then she says oh wait a minute we'll give you the senior discount and now you're at $29.96. Wait so then we get our food we now also have one mashed potato not 2 we have French fries and Coleslaw which we didn't order we just wanted fish and mashed potatoes so is that why our price was so high. Well I guess we being new to Culver's, we will be better prepared to understand this menu....
