Bare in mind that this happened at 7pm on a Saturday. There was only one other car in the drive thru, and everyone inside (only about 6 customers) had already ordered and received their food
Went to the drive through. My order was screw up once, I talked FACE TO FACE with the lady and recited my order a second time. When my order was brought to me it was still wrong. When I walked inside to request that they give me correct order, all I could hear was employees giggling, then had to wait another 10 minutes to get what I asked for originally. Almost every employee seemed to be overly concerned with going on break and were all being loud and obnoxious.
And to the lady who kept getting my order wrong because you "haven't assembled your sandwich yet" (actually what she said while I was waiting for the final time) judging by what I saw you should probably forget about the sandwich and focus on the job you're being paid to do.
I have been to this location a dozen or so times to eat, yet only once can I recall actually getting what I ordered the first time. To that crew, I say thank you.

Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30 pm. This location closes at 11:00 pm. I ordered the K1 combo which is the 2pc chicken with a side, biscuit, and drink. I chose the all white meat, extra crispy. I was told they only have the breast in Original recipe. I stated that I don't mind waiting for the breast in extra crispy. The manager named Renee took over at this point and stated that they will not be making any more chicken tonight. I asked to clarify what time they close and Renee said 11. She then said that all her fryers were down for the night. That if I really wanted the chicken, it would take an hour and a half to get them going. That I would have to wait for an hour and a half. I replied with, isn't that when you close? Then asked if she was the manager, she said yes, and I asked her name. I don't know any businesses that basically stops cooking over an hour and half before they close. Hoping that someone out there can support Renee's claim that it would take an hour and a half to fry up a round of chicken. Hope a real manager sees this...

If we are paying more than $60.00 worth for food we should get the sides we want not what you conveniently have or want to offer us. We did get what we wanted but it felt like my other visit over a year ago so nothing has changed much at all as far as friendliness, it just felt like I was an inconvenience for choosing their establishment. Folks if you don’t mind being rushed. I don’t normally eat there so it takes a moment to glance all the items I’m sure are quite good, but the attitude of the person on the other end is all that needs some work as far as I can tell.
