If I could give zero stars I would. This location is a disaster and the staff is the worst. I visited yesterday around 3:00 pm on a Friday , so not a busy time at all. There were no cars in front of me or behind me, but as soon as I approached the drive thru window after letting them know I was here for my mobile app order they seemed bothered and irritated, as if "working" at work was not "Their Priority ". The Caucasian girl with the short Bob haircut was super unprofessional and short with me. Everytime I thanked her for giving me the items she just replied "yea" no proper "you're welcome" just a very stank attitude to put it simply. I had a simple order which consisted of a medium iced coffee with LESS ICE and they deliberately but MORE ICE almost to the brim of my cup as if it's too hard to READ DIRECTIONS smh , but since I was in a rush I bit my tongue and did not complain about it, but then she notified me one of the donuts I ordered were out so I requested a maple frosted as a replacement and my other donut was a glazed donut for my boyfriend. So she brings me the donut bag and the maple donut and frosting is literally smashed upside down with the maple frosting all over the inside of the bag and sides and spreading onto my boyfriends glazed donut. It definitely seemed like it was done purposefully, I mean how hard is it to properly place 2 donuts securely in a bag??? Her poor excuse was that she just frosted it and that's how it comes lmao but I've never seen such a terribly made donut from any other Dunkin I've visited. For visual reference I would suggest reading the previous poor review where a man said the same thing happened to him about a 4 months ago. Definitely a big problem if majority of your job consists of packing donuts properly and you can't even do that, and on top of it have a horrible attitude about your poor work performance and lack of capability. I'm not sure if they are racist because I am also a Hispanic female and the other male reviewer they did the same thing too was also Hispanic ( you can tell by his name) or if they just hate their job that much, but they definitely need to treat customers WAY better and need PROPER or BETTER TRAINING since it seems as if they've had NONE or FIND a new job if you're so miserable working there that you purposefully smear people's donuts and place the frosted side on the bottom of the bag to create a complete mess and then can't even make a simple coffee order correctly and follow directions. I am so glad this is not my local Dunkin otherwise id definitely avoid it and go out of my way to get better service and quality elsewhere. Dunkin you need to DO BETTER at this location and FIND BETTER COMPETANT STAFF with ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and PLEASANT PERSONALITIES not "PRIVILEGED" and "BOTHERED" as if asking for a properly made donut and coffee--the 2 main items you sell, is asking for too much at this location. If you are in this area, I would HIGHLY suggest spending your money somewhere else so you can actually get what you paid for and have it made correctly, and be treated better as well. DO BETTER!! Read moreThis has gotten very bad. I usually come here almost every other day but today they screwed up everything with my order. I only ordered 1 large ice coffee and 1 donut. That’s it. Nothing complicated. Yet, they couldn’t even managed to do that. I even ordered on the Dunkin app so they were able to see what I ordered. The ice coffee had absolutely no flavor. I asked for the blueberry shots and donut syrup and all they gave me was just coffee and cream. After that, I asked for a donut. They just threw my donut in a bag with no napkins. This morning I come in order a pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. Leave out of drive through realize there’s no cold foam. Go to the walk up window the lady doesn’t say anything grabs a can of cold foam and tells me open the cover. I have a flat cover cup. So obviously it won’t close after she sprayed the cold foam.
