Stopped in for breakfast and was really disappointed. The food was about what you would expect. They are consistent and decent with the actual food side of things here, with the few times I've been. However, it is the majority of the workers that end up disappointing. At least this morning they had one poor girl (Who was perhaps the only bright spot in the employee realm) trying to run food out, bag orders, and run the register. We unfortunately received a very sour-tasting Mocha Frappe (It almost tasted like it had been accidently combined with something fruity like a smoothie.) However, the the girl trying to do 30 jobs at once and the manager were both very polite and offered us a refund on that item. I wish this location had more of those types of people. While we were sitting waiting for our food, one of the younger workers that was on break was loudly discussing with an older coworker about how she won't "Eat anything from here, because it all tastes like plastic." It definitely caught the attention of all the diners in that section. Nobody is expecting much from McDonald's, but it also looks pretty unprofessional to openly bash the quality of the food in front of the people waiting to eat that food. Another downside to a lack of quality workers is the wait times were super long, and that was visible, as another customer was getting noticeably frustrated when his fries and drink order took quite a long time to get out to him. I hope this McDonald's does find a better team of employees, or at least trains the current one a little better. It is in a pretty great location, and the food has always been good (minus the sour frappe, but mistakes happen). But unfortunately the culture of the workers is enough to overshadow any of the good, and for the time being at least, I would recommend avoiding...
Read moreI don’t usually post reviews but I’ve never been so utterly disappointed and honestly insulted by the people who have been working at this location. I ordered food just like everyone else, always saying please and thank you because I know it’s hard working fast food, but I do expect customer service in return. When I paid, It looked like a child gave me my change back, and with someone so young I do want to be nice, unfortunately I did not receive the same thing in return, completely disheartening. When I received my food I found an employment application in there. I don’t get offended easily, I assume they want nice people working there. Why I’m so offended is that every time I have gone to this McDonalds, I’ve consistently run into children AND adults who have no kind or courteous words to say. They are so desperate to have more employees so they’ll stick an employee application in my food bag, yet they don’t give a single ** how they treat/talk to their customers which is why nobody wants to work there. If you’re going to recruit people, I’d suggest making your work environment something that people would actually want to work in, these kids might not have a large choice to where they work, but definitely a choice on how they act. It’s disgusting to see children and adults act this way. I’m 21 and I know for a fact if I was way older there wouldn’t have been an application in my bag. My time is not worth a lousy 10-14 an hour at a fast food place that is filled with disgusting children and adults who don’t know how to act like they even care a little, and then try to recruit. Anyways tonight we observed highly unethical practice. After they fail to efficiently take our order, they try to sabotage our food by purposely not putting the meat in the cheeseburgers. I believe this was done because they were irritated that we was visually not pleased with their service… this happened on all four burgers. When I went inside to let them know, no apologies, and everyone in the kitchen looking extremely secretive along with the drive thru lady who took the order. I am convinced this was organized as while we were waiting in drive thru, everyone disappeared into the back. I am concern that the next time, they would spit in peoples food, or worst, harm someone’s family member with whatever they might try next... Please steer clear of this location. This place needs to be investigated. I am attaching my receipt here to show the order was not complicated at all…please take a look for yourself and explain why none of the cheeseburgers had any meat on them…this took place tonight...
