It's not closed. But it sure looks like it is. The food is good, and our server was nice, but I don't know how they will stay in business if they look closed. If you come in the door that's indicated as the restaurant and not the Holiday Inn, the lights are off and there are straps across the restaurant. It looks closed. If you are persistent, you discover you can walk in by the front desk. It was completely empty, and I couldn't help but wonder if it's because the entrance is so wildly uninviting. The prices are way high too, not like a regular Burger Theory, which are more in line with upscale fast food. These prices are more like hotel restaurant prices. You do get good food, but not good enough to pay hotel prices. So not sure why we were the only party present for 2 hours at lunchtime, but there you go.

"Burger Theory." What a name, powerfuland to the point. I ordered the biggest baddest Burger on the menu with "homemade onion rings." What a joke, $23 for a hamburger that has walmart bought frozen paddies. The cheese on it instead of melting it curled upwards. The only thing I tried was an onion ring, and most of it was raw. This place is embarrassing. Also, they do not cook to order for breakfast. They mass cook a few sub-par popular breakfast items. Very Disgusting

Wanted a burger but not the same old thing. Looked at previous reviews and gave this place a try. It is in a hotel so don’t come expecting a hopping atmosphere. BUT, if you are looking for a juicy, tasty burger with fries and onion rings and outstanding, friendly service try this place! I had no real expectations coming in but left being really impressed!

Poor service from unremarkable waitress, but burgers were good although overpriced. The restaurant was empty on a Sunday evening except for a few folks at the bar. Upon asking if there were any specials, our server replied "not that I know of, I just started 2 days ago." She also couldn't explain the local beers after advertising them and messed up a split check. The beef burgers were simple, but tasted good and were well-portioned. They were very juicy/greasy though, and my friend had to finish hers with a fork because the bun was sopping wet. The burgers were also overpriced by about 35%. $15 for a double burger with grilled onions/peppers and portabello on a regular old bun is excessive. I've had just as good a burger at Five Guys or Smash for half the price, which is where I'd recommend...

I stay at the hotel on and off and love the hotel but get so tired of the guy in the evening treating me rudely. I usually get food to go and I think he gets upset about that. Also, he shakes his head when he sees the tip but, I stopped tipping big until I know the order is correct. He should see what the morning guys are getting for tips because they never mess up and are friendly. I can not walk good and sometimes I have to come back down from the room 3 times because he forgot things. He also says it it will take 10 mins and I have stood there 45 all because he forgets things. He doesn't listen to what your saying. The Breakfast crew...
