Filling, piping hot, good noodles and veggies, crispy Rangoons, but not the flavorful spice I'm accustomed to getting here. I grew up coming with family and I remember the food being better, unfortunately. It's still not bad, but not to the standard Fire Bowl Cafe set for itself when it first arrived. My brother and I used to order the Thai Pepper sauce and enjoyed the "make your nose run" heat with gusto. One bite told me the recipe wasn't the same. As much as I'd like to say I've grown more powerful with age, I don't think that's the case. Even after doctoring it up with Sriracha and chili paste, it just wasn't even close. Another one of our favorite places (with at least one real spicy menu item) has either fallen victim to budget cuts OR those with weaker constitutions who can't handle the heat begged for a recipe change. Either way, I won't rush back over knowing my favorite sauce was rebranded for weenies.

2/26/22-Been coming to this place for years. Their coconut soup is the best. The drunken noodles are very spicy. There are a few negatives about this place though. First, the handicap parking is way in the middle of the shopping center and the parking right in front the have made for pick up. This forces handicap people have to travel further then they should, so this place is not ADA friendly and that's why I couldn't give them five stars. Also they are not open on Sundays so this cuts the time you can visit them in half if you have a normal Monday to Friday work week. There have been many Sundays when we would have stopped in if they were open.

The prices were very good here. I ordered the vermicelli dish, it was decent, but the flavoring spice they used had a very strong flavor and was more overpowering than expected. My guy got some sweet-and-sour chicken, I liked his dish a little bit more. I get the vibe that they probably do the most business with takeout orders. We came in during the last hour of business, so we had to wipe off our booth a little bit before we sat down since it had already been wiped off. Everyone that I spoke to was efficient and kind, even when I didn’t realize that the plastic ware came from a little dispenser by the drink machine.😆

I just left firebowl where I have been coming since it opened. I will NEVER be back. I attempted to place an order on postmastes but it didn’t list any way to edit the choices of protein, rice, veggies etc. So I attempt to call to order. Phone rings and rings no answer. I run an errand and wait to call again. Rings a few times then some message pops up where a voicemail should be. I wait about 10 more minutes and call again. Rings once then a sound comes on as if the line is disconnected or the fax is on. Okay. So I make my way and go in. Mind you there are 3 younger employees standing just laughing by the phone / front…Place my order, wait for it to come back wrong. How many ways does someone need to attempt to order. So I go BACK AGAIN. To be greeted, (if you would call it that,) by Nichole who I am ashamed to say is a manger. I explain to her what’s wrong. She tells me, well that’s not what he (the cashier) rang you out as. I said well that’s what I asked for and after trying to order online, attempting to call, and now coming back twice I would like it made correctly. She stops stares at me with a disgusted look on her face, walks a few more steps, turns back around and says and I quote…” you could be less sassy.” I said are you a manager she states that she is. I said I want your corporate number. She said you can find it online. I said and I want your name. She replies Nichole then says and I want yours to which I replied with mine. I also told her, what do you need mine for your at work I’m not. She says I can if I want to. a1 “service.” You can and I can review you, never come back,, call corporate, and share my experience on social media oops. She repeats that’s not what the ticket said, and I replied then I guess the cashier isn’t listening. She says he is it was just a mistake. TheNEXT LADY in line, literally was rung up incorrectly as well. She gets my food and has the nerve to say hope you have a better day. My day was swell, and will be when I’m out of here, away from your disgruntled looks, lack of professionalism, and bad business. Shameful and disgusting. My family nor will spend money where we’re treated nasty....

After being a loyal customer since this restaurant opened and also supporting Firebowl through the pandemic, it pains me to say I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this place. My loyalty even goes back to the South Glenn location, which had since closed.

My wife placed an order online during lunch. When I went to pick it up, a staff said they didn’t receive the order. So I assumed the order did not get placed correctly on our part and I couldn’t stick around cause I had a meeting. After my meeting, I had my wife check the online credit card statement and it shows we were charged. I called the restaurant to let them know. The lady said she will check into it and will call me back. After 3 days with no call, I called back when I spoke to a John “who claims to be the owner” he said he will look into it right away and will call me back. No call back so I called the next day. John asked for me to email the credit card statement to him, which I did. He called me back an said he still can’t see the transaction on his end. There is nothing he could do for me. I told him that I am not trying to scam him and I been a long time loyal customer and clearly the cc statement shows we were charged. He says he is going on vacation tomorrow and there is nothing he can do for me. I am sure something went wrong with his online ordering system that day, but was it worth losing a loyal customer over it? Now $13.55 is not a lot of money but the time and effort spent on my part to prove to them that I am not trying to scam them clearly shows that John “the owner”’does not care about his...

Not a vicious or nasty individual. Rarely have I ever even consider putting up a review. However, I'm beyond angry and responding. I put in an order with this restaurant with Ubereats. I was told to wait nearly an hour. I did. And after the food didn't show up, 15 minutes past, I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. I waited over an hour, starving, frustrated, only to be told this restaurant won't full fill it's commitment. I'm typing this while I"m overly angry and hungry, but I also can't believe or understand this treatment. Had the company reached out and explained they were busy, I could've been understanding. But they made me wait far longer then I've ever had to tolerate from an Ubereats order, then cancelled at the last moment, ensuring that I would once again be starving for an additional hour and have to place my order elsewhere. I'll be 100%, they didn't charge me, but they wasted an incredible amount of time while failing to do their job. I've rarely had such treatment, but I hope the management understands this was perhaps the worst experience I've received in food service in my life. I'm in customer service, worked in food service for nearly a decade, it takes a lot for me to snap like this. But I'm astonished at this level of treatment. I'll have no hesitance in telling people to avoid your service. Best of luck moving forward. I'd have given 0 stars had it...
