Worst. Starbucks. Ever. I had to give it a star so I could post but it deserves zero. After patiently waiting for 30 minutes for our drinks I noticed a few people who ordered after us receiving their. I politely went up and just asked why ours hadn't been made yet. The employees there (without looking me in the eye, or apologizing) just grabbed my receipt, told me that the ticket never printed, and that I could call customer service for a refund... I felt frustrated so I continued to ask on how to do that and what the mistake was. A female employee then decided it was appropriate to yell out to the whole store (rather than just talking to me directly) how, "We're working on drink orders that came in at 7:45 AM still, please be patient everyone." However, if she looked at my receipt she would have seen I placed my order in at 7:32 AM. She didn't though, because she thought it was more appropriate to yell to the whole store about this issue rather than just talking about it with me directly. In all honesty, I know that people make mistakes which is why I was patient and didn't come up to them yelling. However, the way I was treated was so horrible that this is why I'm writing this post. Writing this post won't change anyone's mind of whether or not they should come here (if you want your coffee, you'll get it if you wait and yell enough), but it will at least be a reflection of the tarnished business they are running at...
Read moreZero stars would actually be more fitting. I stopped in for a Carmel frap but was told they were out of frap roast but could make the drink without so I declined. My kids were with me so I asked if they'd like a cake pop and they said yes. I arrived at the window to get my cake pops and quickly grabbed the bag and handed them to my son in the back seat. Before I even made it around the building my son told me there was only one cake pop in the bag. My son and I double checked and saw only one cake pop. I then went inside and told the guy that was at the window and he rudely stated "Oh no, I put two in that bag." I went back outside to get my son and toddler (as I knew there was a chance he would be antsy and did not want to leave him in the car with my older son for long). I went back inside again and of course when I went back in the initial guy that was at the window and that I spoke to was "busy" with his back turned and fiddling around and "cleaning"so a lady addressed me and asked how she could help. I explained to her the situation that I only had one cake pop but paid for two and she said "maybe it fell out," but handed me the cake pop. Terrible service! These people act like I'm trying to get something free from them when all I want is to get what I paid for. Save yourself the time and headache and go to another Starbucks or better yet, Dutch Bros who ALWAYS has stellar...
Read moreNever in my life have I been so inclined to leave a negative review of an establishment as I have for this starbucks, would leave zero stars if possible. Upon walking in an employee made eye contact with me and then did their best to ignore me for several minutes. Once it was clear I was not leaving they took my order and walked away. No "your drink will be ready in a minute" or asking my name for the order. I then patiently waited for my drink as it seemed the employees were have a nice laugh. After several more minutes I noticed a drink on the counter. Not sure when someone put it their but the "employees" did not call out the description of the drink as is fairly normal at other starbucks I've been to.
The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant on over 40 years of dining. Do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible location and spend your money somewhere where they appreciate...
