I would rate this as a zero. I am a very patient person and a very understanding person. However, not anymore. We’ve put 5 complaints in after spending $50 plus on our order. Never had a problem in years! For some reason something changed there since July 2020 that nobody does our order right, EVER!! We social distance and use delivery service, with the added cost to lesson interaction. At 8pm when we order your not doing your usual dinner rush either. Worked in restaurant too long to accept any excuse.
The last 5 orders we have the sauces flip flopped in our burritos. No chips, even though we paid for them, and or no sauces at all, or no steak that we paid for. We order with plenty of time to catch these reoccurring issues and every time we call the manager always responds with “We are about to close call corporate!” OR “We have new employees”! Not a good enough excuse anymore. Train them, or take responsibility as the manager. It’s on you at the end of the day to make sure people are getting what they paid for. If you have repeat issues at the expense of the public, fix them. Money is not anything to be wasted, nor is it ok to take someone’s money and not give them what they paid for. Would any of you there would like someone to just take your money and not care about making it right? No you wouldn’t. JUST AWFUL!...
Read moreI've been a big fan of chipotle throughout the years buy this store has lost my business.
Ordered a chicken burrito tonight and the server (a tiny petite young lady - didn't see a name tag) gave me half portions of everything, to include the guacamole I paid extra for, leading to the smallest burrito I have ever seen or been served at a Chipotle in ~20 years. When I pulled it out of the bag my fiance was also surprised at the size and told me I should call them...I chose this venue.
On top of that, the she didn't wrap the burrito correctly (literally just wrapping aluminum over a disconnected tortilla). I'm not even sure how she managed to poorly wrap such a tiny one. Her coworker (a healthier looking young lady) told her to fix it and she ignored her then passed it to the host who proceeded to ring me up. I then asked for the coworker to rewrap the burrito as I didn't plan on eating it w a fork. The original server then gave me attitude and argued that it didn't need to be rewrapped. Her coworker kindly obliged however. I left quite annoyed and unsatisfied. I will be avoiding this chipotle (which I frequent) in the future and would recommend...

I ordered my food through GrubHub, which normally isn't a problem. When I finally received my food, this was probably the worst burrito I had ever had in my life. It was ice cold. The rice was dry and crumbly, the meat was chewy and undercooked (I got steak), and the worst part, the tortilla tough and hard, basically making it leather.
There has only been one time in my life where I have thrown away the majority of my food; I'm not a fussy eater. This will mark the second time in my life I have thrown away all of my food, just from how overwhelmingly repulsive it was. I couldn't even finish it on principle since I'd rather not waste a $24 burrito. I will likely never go to a Chipotle again due to this harrowing experience. I was going to put a review on GrubHub instead of Google, but it seems they've disabled reviews through that platform....
