Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Centennial

Mac and cheese baby! Like many, Mac and cheese was a staple growing up. And now that I'm grown, it remains an all time favorite dish. Several years back I visited a different location and the food wasn't so great. That's how long it has been since I stepped foot in any Noodles location. Figured why not recently as was not disappointed. Been back twice in 2 weeks. Ordered the "new and improved" Mac and cheese bowls. Regular size. One was the BBQ and the other buffalo chicken. Both spot on, but I'd say the buffalo was the favorite. Portions were good. Not great, not reduced. Flavor was great. I did notice initially the dishes were watery, but mixing and letting it sit for a few helped out. I will say drink prices are way out of the range they should be, for the cans and or bottles. I don't do fountain ones. Main reason for the 4 stars vs 5. The other is cost, as many discuss. We all know stuff is expensive anymore, and it reflects in tons of reviews all over. Do I feel it was pricey? A tad. But the portion and flavor were good. So I also count the cost as a missing star, but wasn't as large a factor as the drinks. As far as how the place looks etc...meh. it's not interesting nor terrible. Just bland. I'm guessing the science behind that is to get people in and out, but it lacks none the less.

Anyway, I'll be back...

I used to love this place but it isn't worth it at all anymore. I have given Noodles and Company way too many chances as it has been consistently terrible for 2+ years. I somehow keep thinking things will get better but I know it's just wishful thinking. Missing my grilled chicken and chocolate chunk cookie from tonight's order. The garlic bread was inedible, completely soaked and soggy with butter, and cheese only on one out of the three pieces. I wish I could say this was the first time experiencing multiple missing items and horrible food quality, but sadly, this seems to be the new normal here. Last time I went inside it was filthy. Everything was sticky. I should have known better than to try again. This will be the last time I let Noodles and Company steal my money by either giving me garbage or nothing. Do yourself a favor and choose to spend your money...

Stopped here for something yummy and quick, and it was just that. We came in around 2:30-2:45 and the young man working the counter (im so sorry I didnt get his name) was busy running around but kept apologizing and helped me as fast as he could get his arms empty, maybe like 3min but he apologized profusely. I mention it because he really cared that he couldnt immediately help me and it bothered him. My daughter couldnt make her mind up so we asked for a suggestion. He recommended the pasta rosa. He did mention the noodles were mildly spicy in case it was an issue. She loved it and we let him know it was a great suggestion. He came around when we were done and cleaned our table and another employee asked how it was. All in all great customer service and the food was out in less then 10min but...
