If you're looking for a delightful dessert experience, Sulbing Cafe is an absolute must-visit! This charming cafe specializes in Korean-style bingsu, and it truly lives up to the hype.
From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern yet cozy, making it a perfect spot to unwind with friends or family.
We tried the premium strawberry sulbing and the tiramisu sulbing. My kids, who are in high school and middle school, absolutely loved the premium strawberry, while we enjoyed the tiramisu. These desserts are a refreshing change from the overly sweet options found in typical American desserts. Although the photos make the sulbing look small, one serving is actually enough for 2-3 people to share as a dessert after a meal.
The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who are always ready to recommend their favorites. Whether you're new to bingsu or a seasoned fan, Sulbing Cafe promises an unforgettable experience.
Overall, Sulbing Cafe is a slice of paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth. I can't wait to return and try more of their...

I’ve been a frequent customer at this restaurant and have always enjoyed the mango cheesecake bingsu… until today. Sadly, my visit today left me feeling disrespected and subjected to racist treatment.
When I received my order, the mango was clearly unripe… the mango was yellow, hard, sour, and nothing like what I’ve had before. I politely approached the manager to explain and ask if I could switch to a different flavor. Before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and accused me of “trying to pick a fight” and “insulting her mango choice.”
I was shocked. I wasn’t being rude… I was simply asking for what any customer should be able to request when the quality is not there. But instead of being treated with basic respect, I was stereotyped and spoken to as if I didn’t deserve to be there.
Her reaction felt racially charged. It was clear she made assumptions about me based on how I look, and I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. No one deserves to be treated that way, and I hope her behavior is addressed so it doesn’t happen to...
Read moreI've come here twice now and love it! The cafe itself has a very nice, clean, and minimalist decor with self order stations, or you can order at the cashier. It also has a nice outdoor area. The inside cafe has wall sockets in the walls along the edges for those of you who like to work at a cafe. I've had the mango sparkling ade which is really delicious, as well as the red bean bunggeoppang and the double cheese rice cake. The bunggeoppang are my favorite, and they take me back to Seoul in Autumn where you can find vendors on the streets selling miniature ones cooked fresh on the spot. The double cheese rice cake comes with warm honey and the combination of sweet and savory is amazing. If you're looking for just a time to chill with a friend or relax for a bit after walking around the streets of Southglenn, this is a great place to stop for a drink and snack. Would...
