I know the Corner Bakery Cafe is a chain, but it's a good chain. I know that when I walk into one, the interior will be clean, service is good, and the prices are easy on my wallet too.

This Corner Bakery Cafe was no exception. The interior was clean, the food was good, as well as service.

We enjoyed our Chicken Pomodori Sandwich (with regular mayo instead of pesto may) with some chips. The sandwich was large enough to split, which was nice.

This Corner Bakery is very comfortable inside, with different types of seating: tables, booths, and even a comfortable couch and chairs, with a sofa type table. This was calling my name, but we didn't choose it, next time.

The staff was right on, and we didn't wait long for our food. Also, when we were finished, our plates we cleared without any production.

The interior is clean, with pleasant colors on the walls, as well as nice art work. There is a large parking lot, which is shared by all of the other businesses in the area, but there is plenty of parking, and it's free.

The menu has plenty of variety, so something for everyone. All in all, a nice, comfortable experience, easy on the wallet...

Thawed, soggy bagels.

This morning I wanted a freshly baked bagel. After calling around, Corner Bakery Cafe was the first place to say “yes” when I asked “Do you bake your own bagels”.

I showed up and asked the cashier if they, specifically, baked their bagels this morning. She said “yes”. So I bought.

The bagel they gave me felt cold and soggy. It is impossible that it was baked this morning. It was 9am how could they be cold and soggy already?

Why would they lie to me? Is a $2 bagel worth a lie?

Also, why was it cold at all? Maybe they bake them then stick them in a fridge.

There’s only one reason to stick freshly baked bagels in a fridge. It’s so you can save them and sell them the next day. At that point, why bake them fresh at all?

Maybe they don’t even bake them in house..

TLDR; They are not a bakery, and they’ll probably mislead you if you ask. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere that cares about the food that they feed...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a salad and the Italian panini. Halfway through making my order the person making it is interrupted by another apparently off shift worker who was dropping off some phone charger cables. That's fine except the off shift worker also brought her non-service dogs inside. The worker making my food proceeds to pet said dogs, has a conversation about the phone cables, and once done goes immediately back to making my food without washing their hands.

So I spent almost $30 on food that isn't safe to eat because of they don't follow those two sanitation rules what other ones are they not following?

Not that it would have been enjoyable anyways. The panini was burnt black on one side and ungrilled bread on the other (forgotten during the conversation?) The salad (a turkey avocado cobb) was missing both the avocado and the...

Little sandwich shop next to Hilton Denver. Half the place is closed for catering they should do better covering the mess in that area. I order the Italian Rustic and loaded baked potatoes soup . The sandwich wasn't bad but nothing special either the soup could be warmer and thicker however flavor was ok. Definitely not worth the price. The staff taking the order won't even greet you just stare until you place the order. I little politeness goes long way. They all look mad. Costumer walking around looking to where to put his plate. No one offered to help or tell him were to go. Place lack attention to details and customer service

Genuinely don't even know what to say, the picture of the sandwich as advertised and what I got speaks for itself. The salad was marked as "premium" and this is what premium looks like. I also asked for no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant and there was cheese in the salad. Staff were super sweet but will definitely never be returning. Huge waste of $17.
