Heaven Creamery — Restaurant in Centennial

Really good ice cream, treats and options, but the whole experience felt like a mess and some huge efficiency opportunities. They may have been short staffed this evening, but even so there were a few things they could have done...

-Make the font larger on the treats signage, very hard to read, and doubly important as they're more intricate options. -More/better signage for the available flavors and/or to use a QR code etc, ideally another screen near the entrance listing available flavors. -When it's busy look at dividing up orders between basic ice cream and the treats/waffles etc to keep things moving. With what appears to be every person doing everything it not only seems a bit crazy, but also just takes that much longer.

The line was about 10 people outside plus inside, but it took well over half an hour to even get to ordering. It was probably 45min later or more by the time we got all the ice cream etc. I compare this to Bonnie Brae who also gets very busy, but they are able to cycle people through much faster.

Overall, really great food, but will try coming back when...

Super disappointed with the service today. Walked into an empty store at 3:00 pm and had to wait a while before anyone greeted or acknowledged us. When the lady working there finally decided to take our order, her attitude was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was unhappy the entire time which was clear with her expressions. When we asked for samples she rolled her eyes. Asking for samples should be expected since this place has such unique flavors and the reason we came was due to the unique flavors. I tried for a 3rd sample and she said that they only allow 2 which is fine but she had a very bitter expression when she said it. I recommend that they have a sign stating that, but she said that everyone already knows that… I didn’t realize everyone included people who never been there and came from a distance to try it…but ok. We won’t be coming back. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but maybe if she’s so unhappy working at an ice cream shop with such unique flavors, she should get a job that doesn’t require...

Our first experience here a couple of weeks ago was great. Yummy dessert & kind employees. So great we wanted to come back. Unfortunately the second time here was a disappointment. The first time we went, we were kindly given a few samples each, which helped me find the flavor I loved- chocolate sorbet. On the second trip, the lady helping my family first gave me a sample I asked to try, since the chocolate sorbet wasn’t available. As she handed it to me, she said “one sample per person.” Great... that wasn’t ever said to me the first time we came. So hopefully you choose a sample you like, otherwise, you’re stuck with only one flavor to taste. My husband and daughter each got ice cream, but I immediately felt uncomfortable for potentially inconveniencing this lady, so I didn’t get anything. I didn’t like my first (and only) sample and didn’t want to waste her time. Now, sadly, not sure if I’ll want to come back here because of this...
