Ordered a harvest bowl and caramelized steak (as usual). the guy working informed me they were out of the sweet potato that comes in the Harvest Bowl and that he could give me extra apples or I could pay extra for the other sweet potato. I said that if they're out of the sweet potato I'm supposed to have that I shouldn't be charged extra for the other sweet potatoes... it's sweet potato and you're out of the one I'm supposed to have ...
and that was a really big deal! ( because the other sweet potatoes are warm and a bigger portion) - i said i dobt need s different portion and asked that he give me the portion that it would normally be if they had the correct sweet potatoes...
which he ended up giving me the little scoop of that sweet potato. . but had a VERY bad attitude and was VERY rude.
when you're out of something that goes in the bowl but you still have that ingredient it shouldn't be that big of an issue. and it shouldn't lead to such poor customer service and rudeness and a bad attitude.

The restaurant was very clean and we were the only customers. We took a look at the menu, decided what we wanted to order and walked to the end of the line to place our order
I should note that when we entered, 3 employees were working that we could see. Not one of them welcomed us or even made eye contact. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to take our order, we went down to the other end of the counter where an employee was packing up a to go order. She looked up at us and in an annoyed voice said âyou need to start at the other end of the counterâsomeone will be with you.â And then she went right back to what she was doing.
We walked back to the other end of the counter, waited another few minutes, again with no one even acknowledging we were there, and decided to take our business elsewhere.
I literally canât remember ever being treated so rudely at a restaurant. We were very disappointed in the entire experience and definitely will never be back. Management needs to fix this or I can guarantee this restaurant will not...
   Read moreI go to sweetgreens alot and all of the locations are great EXCEPT for the Highlands Ranch Location. When I walked in the the store there was not any food out, it was all put away. I was not greeted by anyone. Earlier that day I ordered food from this location and I left my food on the top of my car and long story short it fell of the top of my car. I told this to the manager and he was completely rude, and told me that I should have came back to the store when it happened. I tried to tell him that this happened during my lunch break at work. He told me that he could not so I got side instead and it ended up costing more than my Meal plus it had a hair in it. I WILL NOT be coming back to this location. Because the CUSTOMER SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE, AND FOOD was HORRIBLE.
