Yes, it’s true—they offer free baklava for leaving a review. But let me assure you, this review isn’t about earning dessert—it’s about recognizing a genuinely great meal.

The food was simply excellent. I shared the meal with my son, and the portions were more than enough for both of us to leave satisfied. We started with the Fried Cheese appetizer, which was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, rich and savory inside. It was the kind of bite you want to linger over and really enjoy.

For our entrée, we had the b Shank Plate, and it was fantastic. The meat was so tender you could cut it with the side of a fork, and the flavor was deep, rich, and really well-balanced. Huge compliments to the chef for getting it just right.

The service also stood out. The young man who was both waiting tables and working the register was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. The food came out quickly and was clearly made fresh.

We’ll definitely be coming back—and next time, maybe we’ll try that...

These guys know GYROS! Me and my wife have been here a few times already and the Gyro meat is some of the best I have ever tasted. I've seen other reviews on here about how great the quality of food is here in comparison to the prices, and I have to agree. The portions are big enough that me and my wife share a Gyro meal every time we go here.

I also really enjoy a clean and tidy food establishment and these guys check that box too. My only beef no pun intended, is that there are no places to sit. Now I understand the name has "express" in it, but I feel like these guys could set up a few bistro style tables and chairs to the inside and outside of building and complete the energy this place needs. There aren't a whole lot of places to eat in Highlands Ranch and these guys have a great location, just nowhere to sit and enjoy their delicious food.

Other than that the food, service, and price for me are 5 stars! Keep up the good...

Relieved 3 plates. The falafel, the dolmas, and the gyro/Sharma. Everything was exceptionally delicious. The dolmas were nice and tangy, the falafel were decent sized with great flavor and perfect crunch with fluffy inside. I dipped mine in the hummus and they were delightful. The Chicken Sharma was a delight with tender meat and perfectly balanced flavoring. The Gryo meat was pretty standard. The garlic taztiki was indeed good as others have mentioned. The pitas were ok as well, not the best I've ever had but were good enough to hold up to everything being stuffed in them.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was good. Kind of intimate/moody lighting and ample spaced out tables. It was a Monday night and not too busy but busy enough to not make you second guess.

Service was fast and timely. Would definently return next time...
