As I was waiting in the drive-thru, the associate that was taking the order in front of me saw me but turned away and started walking towards the other associate and both totally ignored me. I drove forward because the associates talking to each other is obviously more important than helping customers! So I figured I speak into the speaker…nope!!! It “wasn’t working”! That’s when the other associate walked up and I told them I was here to get my order. Why they couldn’t have done that before instead of ignoring me, I do not know. Then I was told to wait because my order wasn’t ready!!! I had to move forward and wait while everyone behind me got their order first! I placed an order while I was on the road and the fact it wasn’t ready really angered me. The guy behind me received his order before I did! Not sure what’s going on with this location but I will NEVER come back here for their lack of customer service and how slow they are to get your order in. I’ll drive further and go to other locations where they always have your order in on time and have better service! I thought this place is supposed to have Christian values! There were 3 young girls standing there by the pickup area not doing anything so I asked if I could redeem my bday brownie and showed them the the email I received .They said they couldn’t help me and said I did not show as a chick fil a customer on their app even though I have approx 12,000 POINTS currently . I couldn’t get into my Chick Fil A on my phone for some reason and asked if they could check. All 3 of them individually said I did not show as a Chick Fil A customer(which I did not see how they could do that at the pickup counter They didn’t even try!! Just had the worst attitude and personalities!
My husband and I are long time Chick Fil A customers and recently moved back to Highlands Ranch and this is the closest Chick Fil A! We have been here approximately 12 times or so in the last month or so . I am posting this review to get the Operator of this Chick Fil A to reach out and see why I can’t access my 12,000 points as if 7/6/2025 and why they hire employees like these young women who do not have the work ethics to work at ANY Chick Fil A and they are hurting his business.(probably other people have complained and they’re not there anymore anyway). Hopefully the Operator will resolve this issue!
