We normally get slow but good service and good food at this location when we go inside to eat, but the first time we've hit the drive thru thinking it would be faster, our order was incomplete. $7.98 for the 2 orders of Funnel Fries we didn't receive. Disappointed kids, the whole nine yards. Will contact them directly as soon as I figure out how. First the Steak and Shake in Highlands Ranch closes due to obvious and longstanding customer service problems, now the Good Times is shaky too. Get it together, HR burger joints. Read moreHonestly it was okay. I had a really bad experience about six months ago with their breakfast and havent ate at this goodtimes since. This morning I went to try it again and get some breakfast for me and my dad and the drive thru lady was rushing me, the cashier wasnt going to give me my receipt and when I asked for it he gave some attitude. I get the burritos home and I take a bit into mine and the eggs are still so runny and there is more eggs than meat or chili in my two breakfast burritos! YUCK! I honestly feel sick from this breakfast. I dont think that I will be back ever again. I would rather go somewhere else with breakfast burritos for breakfast. Its definitely not like the breakfast burritos Good-Times is supposed to have.

The guy at the drive up window was extremely rude when I pulled up to the window I ordered a breakfast sandwich which I had forgot to initially order and he shook his head and made a comment about being dumb before the window closed when I asked if there was n issue he told me no then continued to act as if I was a bother to him. He then pretty much flicked my orange juice at me. I also asked his name (he wasnt wearing a name tag)and he told me he couldn't give out that information. I work for a construction company that is looking for someplace to get breakfast burritos for the company at least 3 times a week which would be bout 35 burritos per order but after the service I just received we I'll he looking elsewhere.
