12/24 Update: I had to omit a star from this review bc while I love this place, their staff, & their plant-based offerings, I dont support bending one's morals to survive in the business market. There are other routes the business could take to bolster success. On a recent visit I learned that they have rebranded to 'Great Taste Indian' & have added meat options to their menu to be inclusive to all food preferences. If only most restaurants would take note & be so thoughtful about inclusivity & include vegan offerings the way this plant based space gracefully welcomed meat eaters. Its disappointing for sure bc morals are more important than profit, & meat eaters should really open their minds to the wealth of natural foods this world provides, instead of the intelligence limiting 4-option diet of meat, cheese, eggs & milk. Having to coddle grown human beings bc they don't know how to eat soil grown food is getting really old. The menu is still foundationally vegan & GF & marked as such, & clearly states that most of the menu is already vegan/GF & can be made vegan/GF upon request if not. I appreciated that they still express utmost respect for the vegan community & acommodate vegan/GF offerings w/o hesitation. Afterall, the plant based community has kept this place going. A few new offerings, but for the most part same great menu & same friendly service. Original review: LOVE! ๐Ÿ’™ Hands down one of my FAV vegan restaurants in Colorado. They are doing so many things right! My wife & I happily make the drive from Denver to treat ourselves to dinner at this spot, & everything we have tried has been amaziiiing. They have a nice atmosphere, it's usually always chill. The menu is very clear on ingredients and options, and they have many GF options which is SO wonderful. Generous portion sizes will satisfy your appetite. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, some of THE best indian food I've ever had. & they offer wine! Wait times for take out are usually timely, and the staff is always very kind. Utsab is the best! ๐Ÿ˜Ž He never hesitates to help and answer any questions. Cravable offerings for sure! We look forward to hopefully seeing them expand locations in the future! Appreciate you all so much, keep up the wonderful presence you have in our vegan community!. . . gosh now Im hungry thinking about them ๐Ÿ˜…

O.M.G.!!!! MUST GO!!!! I have wanted to go to Total Vegan Indian Restaurant for a long time. Today we were kind of in the area. It's just a 32-minute detour, and I am sooooo glad we went! Total Vegan Indian Restaurant was AMAZING! We ordered the Veggie Samosa, Mushroom Manchurian, Combo Briyanai, Aloo Gobi, and Nann Bread. The samosa was obviously homemade and perfectly fried. Not too dark and not too light. Hands down, it is the best samosa I have ever had. The mushroom manchurian was seasoned perfectly, and I could taste the flavor; this has not been my experience at other Indian restaurants. The combo biryani was so good and clearly scratch-made. While I really liked it, the mushrooms were my favorite part. So next time, I will get the mushroom biryani. My husband devoured the allo gobi and declared it the best he has ever had! (he did the same with the samoas. And the nann, oh, it was so nice to eat nann again! The staff was attentive but not overbearing. Just perfect, like the food. And the place was SPOTLESS!!!! For the next few months, we will be driving between Central Park and Castle Rock on a few Saturdays each month. On those days, we happily take the 32-minute detour to eat at Total Vegan Indian Restaurant. It is the best Indian food I have ever had!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Total Vegan Indian Restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was not only delicious but also showcased the vibrant flavors and rich spices that Indian cuisine is known for. As a vegan, I was thrilled to find such a wide variety of plant-based options on the menu, each dish bursting with unique and exquisite tastes.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was impeccable, and it truly added to the overall pleasant dining atmosphere. From the spotless tables to the sparkling utensils, every detail was meticulously taken care of. It was evident that the restaurant takes great pride in maintaining a hygienic environment, ensuring a delightful and comfortable dining experience.

However, what truly sets this restaurant apart is its remarkable service. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. From providing detailed explanations of the menu to suggesting the perfect combinations of dishes, they made us feel welcome and valued as guests. Their genuine enthusiasm for the food they serve was contagious and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable culinary adventure. The mouthwatering flavors, combined with the spotless cleanliness and remarkable service, create an unforgettable experience. Whether you're a vegan or simply someone who appreciates great food, this restaurant is a must-visit. Prepare to be amazed and leave with a satisfied palate and a smile...

I could live here - the food is so yummy!!! So happy this place is all-vegan so we can safely explore the entire menu - which is outstanding. Menu includes favorites like gobi Manchurian and chana and dal. Their tikka masala is insanely tasty and has become a favorite. The saag is so lovable too with nice warm cinnamon flavor. The Manchurians are all wonderful - the mushroom is new to me and splendid in texture.

For feedback, we expected the tofu Manchurian to be a breaded/fried tofu, but the dish more wholesome with y fried tofu. Still delicious but less indulgent than your gobi & mushroom versions. Everything is served on disposables, which could be due to the restaurantโ€™s newness. I hope someday they could develop their dine-in experience to include stainless steel or more traditional dine-in dinnerware. This is a take-out spot more than a dine-in currently, but no less delicious!

The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful too - props to these wonderful chefs and front of house :))

My favorite dishes in order:

Gobi Tikka Masala Gobi Manchurian Aloo Gobi Tofu Saag Mushroom Manchurian Momo!!!! (The only vegan momo in Denver metro to my knowledge) Samosas - mmmm that mint chutney tho ๐Ÿคค Roti bread is on point Dal - perfect Kofta - sheโ€™s spicy!!! ๐Ÿฅต

Beware the biriyanis, theyโ€™re hot hot hot! Tasty but it was at the top of my threshold for heat.

Iโ€™ll be back Total Vegan -...
