Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Colorado

Almost every time I try to come here, it's closed. I get it, juice and smoothie shop=early hours. Tonight, I pulled up about 11-12 min prior to close. Looked at menu for a while and ordered a large toxin flush juice. Well, now it was 8 minutes and some change prior to close. I had just missed the window to order a fresh juice. I'm vegan, I don't have any places that are just for me... total vegan is close by and I appreciate them immensely! So good! So, nektar is right up my alley. Super excited to have access to fresh green juice! However? This has got to be about the 6th time I've pulled up and felt a heart wrenching disappointment. So. Nektar, you are now dead to me... how the rent is managed is bewildering to me with hours and stringent practices. I get it. Overtime is expensive, but. So is going out of business. They are relatively new at this location, so take that into consideration reading this. I have been in about 10 times. I live and own a business in the area. The concept is great, however execution and value is lacking. Each time I have been in regardless of if there were 3 people in line or just me. They have been Painfully slow! A smoothie should not take 20-25 minutes to blend! EveryTime! When order arrives, almost always the cup is not filled to the top. Approx 2-3 oz of my 12-18 oz ($12) smoothie was missing. And/ or the cup was dripping from the over pour onto the table/ floor and person delivering it seemed in Livonia or uncaring. Staff seemed scattered, untrained, caring or motivated. Im not sure if this location makes the to go juice cleanses or if they are shipped to them but my sister and i just both bought a one day cleanse. All the juices were fine but when we got to the protein smoothie for the end of the night, they were both rancid. My sisters was completely fermenting in the bottle and was sizzling and bubbling over the top when she opened it. Mine did not do that so i took a drink of mine and it was definitely bad/ sour as well. This is extremely disappointing as we waited all day to try the ones with protein to be a bit more fulfilled for the night just for them to be bad. Again, if this does not reflect on this exact location they can pass the message on. These detox drinks...
