Stosh's Pizza — Restaurant in Center Line

I had been ordering Pizza from here for years and was regular customer at least twice a week. I had a coupon for a pizza with one item for less than $10.00 and wanted to add one more item to the pizza for the kids. The person on the phone stated it would be over $15.00. I stated I had a coupon and only wanted the one extra item and it couldn't be that much for one item. They insisted it would be $15.00 and some change so I asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge. They finally gave the phone to someone else who cursed at me and yelled that I was harassing his employees. I never even got a chance to say a word! Then they cursed some more and hung up. Way to loose a customer raging maniac! They sounded like they had been drinking but maybe this is how he speaks to his wife and children. This was about a year ago and I haven't been back since and have found two better local pizzerias with courteous employees and normal owners. The tirade this supposed owner went on was disgusting and children were present and could here him over the phone. The look on their faces said it all! I will never order a pizza from this...

First time ordering here and last. Ordered off the online menu. With a well designed website, ordering was easy.

12.99 large one topping and a box of cheesy bread (no drink). Plus 2 ranches at .75 cents a piece. With delivery it came to around $18.+

Price- not bad, not great.

But that's where it turns for the worse.

Delivery guy shows up 30 min later. Expected for a Friday night. No signable receipt. Just with a normal receipt. So I had to sigh and tip on a piece of paper. And check the box... one ranch. So I call them and ask about both. They apologize and send the guy back out with ranch.

Then the real test. TERRIBLE TASTING PIZZA!!!! The sauce was bland and uninspired. Canned sauce is better. The cheese also was boring... and the pepperoni. The crust was just as bad. The only saving grace was the ranch. Extra garlicky and rich. But that's personal preference.

Honestly, I'd eat at little Caesar's over this any day. Better pizza better bread sticks. And that's saying a lot. Cause little Caesar's is...

This place definitely took me by surprise.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with parmesan crust. The pizza was cooked nearly perfect with the right amount of brown on the cheese. The sauce, cheese, and crust had the right amount of flavor. You also received the right amount of everything. The crust was the right thickness, the sauce was a pretty steady amount, and the cheese didn't dominate the pizza.

The only negative I can really toss out there is that it is slightly on the pricey side, but the quality and taste help you forget about that.

This is one of those places where the looks are deceiving. I think a lot of the pictures out there and on the website do not do Stosh's justice. If you want a solid, tasty pizza that isn't standard chain stuff, Stosh's is a perfect spot to hit up. I would be more than willing to...
