Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Center Township

Update: So I gave this location a second chance. I ordered 2 Mediterranean salads again. I asked that they would make sure dressings were full. So I look in the bag looked full. So went home and guess what a quarter to half full even one of the salads was light on spring mix. So I called and talked to the manager and explained everything to her and she said we charge extra for dressing. Well if the girl that took my order would have said that I would have paid extra. So she just blew me off. I spent over $20 for 2 salads. I drove from Valparaiso because that location is closed. I really don't know why you skimp on the dressing. If this is a franchise location then by doing things like what you are doing will effect your bottom line.

I ordered 2 Mediterranean salads. The dressing that comes with it 2 small containers were only filled 1/4. I usally get my food at Valparaiso location. They fill the containers to the top. Just do your job. You expect tips which I gave...

I'll never go back to this location because of the way I was treated. I ordered the pad thai with tofu, they charge $3.50 for tofu and I got three chunks of tofu. I walked back up and I asked them why it was so expensive for three little pieces of tofu $3.50... really... ?They said it was by weight. When I showed her the three pieces, she said well they may have grabbed the wrong package. Instead of offering me some more tofu... Or to remake it... They were rude to me so I asked for my money back and I left. I'll go somewhere where they treat their customers with respect.

Noodles & company is not like this at their other locations. This location needs to take some direction from their stores in Munster and Schererville. Those locations leave you feeling like you've been hugged, & they say thank you.

For the third time, I have been treated bad by an older woman that works there. I do not know her position. I was in there around 230pm on Saturday and the same older woman was rude and unfriendly. The young girl working the register was the nicest person that I spoke to there. She was nice and friendly. I do not know what the other lady's problems are with me. I gave her 3 chances so I decided to make a comment. This business is new to the Crownpoint area so I would think she would have the common sense to be nice to the customers especially since I have given her the benefit of doubt. Anyway. 3 times she has treated me bad. So, I am not dealing with her and if she is there before I order I will go someplace else. Congrats to the young girl that...
