This is my second time to this store. My first experience was great but my second experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered my usual pink drink with liquid cane. When I got to the front I asked the person who made the drink how many pumps he put into the drink and he says 3 none full pumps , he said he didnt put a full pump because the drink is already sweet. I asked him to put more and he proceeded to tell me he’s not able to put anymore and that he was sorry. He was very nice about it but why would you charge me for something and not give me what I want. I asked him for a receipt and he went and got someone else and for some reason she told me she couldn’t give me a receipt and was extremely rude about it so I asked her why was she rude about me asking for a receipt she then corrected her rudeness and asked me if I wanted to screenshot the screen instead of handing me my physical receipt. That experience was really weird and absolutely absurd to tell somebody that you can’t put something in the drink that you pay for and that you can’t have a receipt. Read moreI usually come here and always get drinks for my coworkers before work. I live in Hobart and work in Lowell, so this is the perfect one to stop at. About 4 other times I have done this, ordering 4-6 drinks each time, I've asked for the white tape that goes over the holes to prevent spillage. Each of the girls I've asked have been extremely accommodating and have given it to me, no questions asked nor attitude given! No one wants to spill drinks in their car! :) Today, I asked the man working the counter for it and he told me no, that he had to save it for 'to-go' orders. I'm thinking he meant DoorDash, but regardless-- I think they could've spared 1" of white tape for my 4 TO GO drinks. I won't give them a bad rating though because of 1 guy and 1 instance. Usually pretty fast and nice. I sure hope they share the damn tape in the future though... otherwise I guess I'll have to start stocking my car with...
Read moreI’ve gone to this location at add hours before (around noon) and it was okay...but their morning shift must be terrible. Which is probably the most important. I’ve tried twice this week. The first time I was in the drive through for 10 minutes, only moved up 2 cars, there were still 2 in front of me who hadn’t even ordered yet, so I left to not be late to work. This was a busy time slot but their inside isn’t even open so they only have the drive. Today I went early at 6am, not a busy time and an hour after they supposedly opened. The lights were on, I waited and waited in the drive, asked if anyone was there, got no response. I drove around to leave and saw employees in the building, then verified here that they supposedly opened an hour before. 2 other cars came and went with me too. I was excited about this convenient location but it has turned out to be much more of an inconvenience...
