May 30 2023 approximately 7:20pm This is the āWORSTā Popeyes Iāve ever been to. I ordered 2 Family Meals, a 16 piece and an 8 piece. The piece count on the 16 piece was supposed to be 4 wings 4 breast 4 thighs 4 legs And the count on the 8 piece was supposed to be 2-2-2-2 I received in the 2 orders 11 thighs 2 breast 6 legs 5 wings I attempted to call that evening 12 times only to have my calls unanswered so I went to the store on June 1 2023 and spoke with Desiree who identified themself as an assistant manager who claimed that she could not make a decision on what to do in this situation. I left my name and number for the manager to call me to discuss an amicable resolution and have not received any further correspondence. My resolution would be for Popeyes to give me a complete replacement order that I can come pick up at my convenience, which I feel is very reasonable do to the fact that Popeyes made this blunder. Iām not going to say Iām never patronizing Popeyes again but I want them to know that ācustomer satisfactionā is very important to me as Iām sure it is with most people Note: I was give a leg and thigh (dark meat) order which is typically sold for half of what I paid. So I intern sayā is that how you greet the consumer ā she said I saidā yesā and it went from there! two more employees jumped in and got to causingā confrontation.. about the improper greeting..So the manger whoās right there is acting oblivious to whatās going on. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI use the app to order. I set a certain time because I assumed that it was going to take me awhile to get home from work. Made it to Popeyes early. I go inside and waiting for someone to acknowledge or say anything. Nothing....everyone is just glancing then going back to what they're doing. I stood there for almost a good 5 minutes before finally someone said something. Terrible service. That's not the worst part. I explained to the team member that I have a mobile order scheduled but I arrived early. She can't do my order because it didn't come through at the register. I tried to pull my receipt and she still tells me that I have to wait. Once again, TERRIBLE. Now im sitting and waiting for my order.
This location was so organized and professional in the beginning. Now, this has disappointed me.
Everyone that was back there today, need to be RETRAINED on how to acknowledge the customer when they enter their establishment. Another thing, if I have my receipt to show proof that I paid. It shouldn't been a problem putting my order together! Ridiculous and...
