My experience here can be summed up as laughably embarrassing at best and downright negligent at worst.
I went through the drive-thru today and ordered:
1 Double Wisconsin Swiss Melt with fries and a medium Coke
1 Chicken Tender Basket with onion rings and a medium Coke
1 Chicken Sandwich Basket with fries and a medium Coke
1 Chicken Tender Basket entrée with pretzel bites
Here’s what I actually received the first time:
1 Wisconsin Swiss Melt — no fries, no drink
1 Chicken Tender Basket with pretzel bites
That’s it. The runner handed me the bag, cheerfully told me to “have a great day,” and sent me on my way.
I had to park, go inside, and explain that most of my order was missing. After waiting a while, I was given only the chicken sandwich — still missing a quarter of my order — and again told to “have a great day.”
For a third time, I had to wait in line for the rest of my food.
When I finally got home, I found that they had thrown in more food than I originally ordered, including:
1 extra Chicken Tender Basket
1 extra pretzel bite
1 extra medium/small fry
While I appreciate the “apology food,” intentional or not, I shouldn’t have to triple-check my bag before leaving Culver’s proper. This was a mess from start to finish.
P.S. Nearly $50 for this experience is ridiculous. For that price — especially at fast food — I expect my order to be correct...
Read moreHaven’t been to Culver’s in quite a while. Excitedly, I ordered kids meal with honey, mustard, and ranch, Pretty simple. As I was paying at the window, serwis was already questionable and unpleasant. The girl at the window was definitely unhappy to be there and very unhappy to see her customers. My foot was brought to my car without response to my thank you. Right after I left, I checked my order and it turned out that I only received Rent dressing. I drove over one waited my turn all the way up to the window. I handed the The same girl too packs of ranch and told her that I asked for honey mustard. Someone else went to get it, and she handed me one. I asked for another one since I have two orders. She was definitely not happy to see me at that window again. After I grabbed my ranch dressing I sarcastically said: I am so sorry for your trouble. . She said: that’s OK!
I finally ate my chicken happily in the car and once I finished, I learned that I have no napkins, guh!!! Food was great, but it always is. It comes ready to cook and it’s always the same. Serwis on the other hand, needs some major improvement...
Read moreWent to Culver’s and was very disappointed with my visit. I’m gonna start with my experience after I ordered. So after I ordered I went to get ketchup and all the ketchup dispensers were empty, with no packets available to grab even. Then I start searching for my seat, and that was an adventure trying to find a table that was clean. Finally found one after atleast 5 different tries. Then my food comes and it was missing an item so I went up to counter to explain I was missing an item they gave it to me with no apology for the inconvenience. Then I start eating my shrimp basket and it has lemons on it and I discover the lemon had the sticker still on it, meaning in my eyes that it might not have been washed! (See pic). Then I finish my time at Culver’s and am ready to leave and still no ketchup and tables that were dirty haven’t been touched!! Very disappointed, I thought with a new burger spot just opening across the street that they would have been at their best, I guess we live in a world now where nobody takes pride in their job and...
