This review is in regards to Hayley. I went into Smoothie King today (12-6-23) to get my usual (Yogurt Delight +Cocoa, gladiator choc protein, & multivitamin) I get this exact same drink every time I come in there whether it’s Haylee or the other girls that makes it. When Haylee 1st started making my smoothie it was horrible. I went in there again to get a different girl to make my smoothie & it was delicious! Her name was Veronica. I went in there again, Hannah made it, it was also delicious. I asked both these girls, what exactly did they put in there to make the texture right & to make it sweeter? They told me more yogurt delight- 2 scoops total & 2 scoops of turbinado w/2 scoops of ice. I told Hayley & the other girls that made my smoothie what those 2 did, & my smoothie has been coming out perfect all up until today. Hayley added too much cocoa in there. I called after I left & tried it telling her it tasted powdery, like a chalky pasty taste. She tells me over the phone that I’m giving her a hard time & the girls also said it to. The question I asked, who are the girls that says this, because everyone else makes my smoothy right & I tip them. She made it wrong in the beginning, I started telling her the details Veronica & Hannah gave me & she started making it just fine. All of a sudden today it’s terrible again. My issue is her saying that I’m giving everyone a hard time, which I find that hard to believe since she’s the only one who has ever made my smoothie wrong. Wherever I spend my hard earned dollars, I have that right to say how I want my food or drink to taste. I’m giving you a hard time because I am particular on how I want my smoothie to taste. I think that is totally absurd. So I am suppose to take anything even though I don’t like it? She could’ve kept that comment to herself! I will still continue to go in there when she’s not there or as long as she is not the girl making...
Read moreI visited Smoothie King for the first time ever today on the high recommendation of a co-worker. I figured I would buy her and myself a smoothie. I entered the store about 15 minutes after they opened. The girl who was working was putting away items on shelves and wiping counters. She looked over at me when I entered and then looked away without smiling or saying a single word to me. I stood there waiting for about 2 minutes. She never once acknowledge me or looked back at me while I was in the store. There was no one else in the store. Well I found this to be horrible customer service, I tried to be patient by letting her finish her task. When she finished her task, she proceeded to walk right in front of me on the other side of the counter and still ignore me. She went to the drive-thru window and gave a friendly and smiling hello to the customer I drive up. I am not one who usually goes this route, but that is when it occurred to me this may have something to do with my slightly darker skin. I am latino. Is there any other reason that she would treat me in such a way while treating other customers in a completely different manner? Shame on Smoothie King for allowing such a a person to represent them. Whether or not her actions were because of my skin color this is not the type of person that should be representing your company. Keep away from...
Read moreFor the last 2-3 weeks, I have not been able to eat well. I can hardly hold down food and I only eat around 500-600 calories a day. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the last few weeks and it’s starting to worry me. Today, I went to Smoothie King and asked what smoothie had the most calories. A very friendly employee helped me find what I had in mind and helped me customize it to my liking. Yeah, I know, it’s the bare minimum of customer service but you know what, That’s ok! The lady who helped me was incredibly helpful and informative and it honestly made my day to see someone show me even an ounce of kindness, especially with how I’m usually treated. So whoever that girl was, I hope you see this. Your small act of kindness, that you probably just saw as your job, made my day and made me have hope...
