If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option if I want to leave a review. This location is the closest and most convenient to my home, so I normally use it. Over the past six months I have watched it completely deteriorate in customer service, quality, and cleanliness. I’m usually not one to complain, because I know any fast food job is a bit overwhelming and fast past. However everyone that works at this location has time to stand around and talk badly about their coworkers, AND even customers. I overheard it first hand. They’re all very disrespectful. They don’t wear gloves, and they have EVEN SERVED ME A SMOOTHIE WITH A DEAD FLY IN IT!! I don’t pay for whey protein in my smoothies for nothing. I think that’s enough protein, so I don’t really need the extra dead flies served with it 🤮 I don’t know who is running this location, but I’ve also heard it’s covered in mold in area customers can’t see it. Read moreThis location used to be amazing but they've gone downhill and I have no idea why. The past 3 times I've ordered from here my order has been wrong. The smoothie is the only thing they've gotten right consistently, but tonight I ordered a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread with sun chips and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with baked lays. Both chips were wrong, I got a soggy mess of a chicken bacon ranch that was mainly tomatoes, and then another Flatbread that... I'm not even sure what it is. I called to let them know, and their response, although bless her heart she sounded like she had no clue what she was doing, was "Come in next time and let someone know you've talked to us and we will give you two free meals. I've written your name down." I'm not sure why I can't be refunded or why you can't credit my account since I ordered through the app? Plus, not sure I'll be getting food again from this location. You get 1 star for the smoothies still tasting good, and 1 star for the smoothies not being wrong. Other than that...
Read moreEdited: I came to get the free smoothie for a promotion. Went through the drive-through and was told I have to come inside for the promotion. For the love, teenagers, I am 8 months pregnant & have 2 toddlers with me. Whatever. I come inside and realize I left my wallet at home to get my kids' order. I load up the car and run home to get it. I come back to finish my order & the teenager tells me I can't get the free smoothie because I'm not wearing FLIP FLOPS. Ugh. She then has the audacity to tell me if I put on this pair she has behind the counter, she'll give it to me. I cancel the order and leave. Please don't treat pregnant moms of toddlers as if they are fellow teenagers you can play games with.
