Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Centerville

My partner submitted an online ordered yesterday (8/25/24) at around 6:25pm. It stated the order would be ready for pickup at 6:40pm. I arrived at exactly 6:40 to a very crowded restaurant. The line to order was very long (as expected since this location just opened up less than a week ago), however to my dismay, I realized another long line of customers also waiting for pick-up orders. There were at least 7 people already ahead of me waiting on an order when I arrived. This created such a crowded atmosphere as there was no appropriate area for those who were waiting to wait. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes past my original pick-up time for my order to be completed. I'm not sure how they fulfill orders online, but it did seem that they were prioritizing the line in store to order. There was a very large gap between pick-up orders fulfilled. When I finally got to eat my food, it was made as expected but not very hot.

My main complaint here is wait time. This might be improved over time with training and hiring, so I'll definitely go back to give this location another try in a couple of weeks and I'll update my review if it's...

extremely disappointed! My husband and I live close so we frequent this location. We've had some issues but nothing as terrible as tonight. We put in an order at 5:20 for a 5:40 pickup. We got in line behind 4 cars at 5:30 and when we finally got to the window we we're asked to pull around to get back in line. It was now about 5:55. We then got behind another 5+ cars and sat in line again. Finally around 6:15-6:20 we got to the window and the worker made our order as we sat there. We recieved a bag covered in sauce, and when we got home we realized our foil was also covered in this sauce. Our burritos were wet and soggy. My burrito was to be double wrapped with double chicken, extra rice, corn, cheese, and sour cream. I recieved a very small burrito without a double wrap, maybe 2 tbsp of rice (basically nothing), barely any chicken, no noticeable sour cream or cheese, and basically all corn salsa. To Whom It May Concern,  I recently visited the Chipotle located at 1033 S Main St, Centerville, Ohio 45458 and had a disatisfactory encounter with the manager on duty. The manager, whose name was either Dayne or Dan, treated an employee named Rosneck; I hope I spelled her name correctly, disrespectfully. If I didn’t my apologies but please check my the camera around 5:50 pm. He continuously told her to speed up, even though she was the only food preparer, and belittled her in front of customers. To add when  I brought to his attention that I was overcharged for an extra bowl I didn't order, he questioned my claim and didn't offer any assistance. I have 18 years of experience in the food industry and 15 years in management, and I believe the manager's behavior was unacceptable.
