Centerville Pizza — Restaurant in Washington Township

EDIT: Repost. Sad day for centerville, and surroundings. As you can see, I been a loyal customer to centerville pizza for sometime. Best pizza around. Well, I ordered $60 worth of pizza last night. Went and picked it up. Totally different atmosphere. Benny sold it!! So upsetting. It was terrible. Workers had no clue what was going on. Loud, talking. Far behind. No structure. Bunch of people waiting, most got wrong order or asked for a refund. The new owner, the "boss" can barely speak English and is just standing there bossing everyone around and not even helping!!! Place wont be open long. So disappointing. I just cant believe it. The blonde girl at counter was amazing. She had to he like 16. She was the only thing holding it together that night. Maybe she should buy it...

The pizza is not bad, probably even better when it is fresh. I have ordered delivery from Centerville Pizza twice now, about a year apart, both times have been a disaster. Both times I was told the pizza would arrive in about 50 minutes. The first time it finally came 45 minutes late after 2 phone calls. The second time I called after an hour (10 min late) they said it was on its way. 30 min goes by, still no pizza, when I call back they said the drivers car had broken down (understandable problem but a little notice would have been nice) and they had brought the pizza back to the store to make sure it was still fresh and that it would be delivered shortly. Finally 30 min later, 2 hours after the order was placed, I get a call from the driver saying he couldnt find my house only to find out he was at the wrong address miles away. When I called the store to cancel the order, the employee on the phone actually asked ME to call the driver back and tell him to go back...

Fantastic food! I went here to order takeout on a whim and I'm very happy I did. The pizza is very good and cooked perfectly. The sides are decent and the cheese sticks were certainly delicious.

The standout though had to be the broasted chicken. I order 2 chicken breasts which came with cornbread and a side.

My wife took the first bite and immediately said, "This is the beast fried chicken I've had in my life". She loved it more after learning it wasn't fried, lol.

It was actually so good that my 8 year old was in the middle of eating his pizza when he tried some chicken and proceeded to eat an entire chicken breast, ignoring his pizza!

The prices for pizza are a bit above average, however you do get big pizzas and good toppings. The chicken prices though are FANTASTIC! Great value and great food.

I highly recommend and will be going...
