Hardee's — Restaurant in Centerville

Feb 14th 2023, 5:30pm. Fish was hours old dry and bad 👎 😪 Roast Beef dried out with water splashed on which the bun soaked it up and bun was soggy. Once we got our old food the employee disappeared to the back and no one came back up to counter while we was there! One employee was out in her car smoking the whole 30 minutes we was there, came in just as we walked out. We wasted $15 plus, Rest assured we will never be back in this place again.

With prices what they are these days you should get fresh food. It should be good. And there should have been someone at the counter to tell our issues to. Obviously they knew the food was worthy of a complaint and they would not answer when we tried to get their attention to get refunded. There was another guy trying to get someone to the counter and no one ever came so he left.. (Employees Knotted up in the back?) Kind of the atmosphere of the place.

I/we will not eat there again. Considering calling the health department and having them checked out for serving old left overs. Was sick later in the evening from the rotten fish.

DO NOT GO THERE. Centerville don't have much, but they do have way better...

The service was terrible. Starting at the register when I ordered the employee couldn't operate the register correctly and the couldn't count back change for the cash I had given. There was no one to help her with this concern so I had to count back the change for her. We sat in the dine in portion of the restaurant and waited for a half hour to receive our food and the order was wrong. After getting the order corrected, it came back to us in ten minutes and one if the sandwiches was cold and wet. Then in another few minutes we had gotten the correct sandwich and the rest of our party had finished their meals and we're waiting on us. It was disappointing to...

The food was good and delivered very fast. Ordered the Frisco burger combo meal, delicious as always. Only draw back was one of the staff, apparently the shift leader, was quite grumpy and wouldn't even acknowledge a thank you and have a nice evening spoken to her on my way out. One of the other employees behind the counter said thank you and good evening. Also there were 3 teenagers in seeming to visit a coworker (2 females and a young male). Could've done without their loudness and the boy flirting with another guy currently working the shift. Found the blatant homosexual repertoire unpleasant while trying...
