McDonald's — Restaurant in Centerville

Visited this location this last Sunday I believe it was. Was rushed in the drive thru. When we got to the first window. the gal there (a manager) gave us a dirty look when we asked to make sure there wasn't tartar sauce on the fish. She also neglected to thank us for coming or to tell us to have a good night. Got pulled forward on some of our food. Received our food and upon inspection there was tartar sauce on the fish. We were also missing a 6 piece nugget. We were told by the cheerful lady at the second window that they were understaffed. Being understaffed is no reason to act like that towards customers. My food and one others was cold before we even got our entire meal swing we ordered the menu hacks. That girl working the second window and running orders that night is the only reason I didn't give 1 stars. She...

As always a great experience. McDonald's always has fast and friendly service every time I visit. The food is always perfectly made; just know what to expect because my visit is never anything but flawless. I just recently met the management they are amazing people. Teresa runs this location with absolute precision no matter how long the lines are I'm always in and out in no time. Even if I'm in a hurry I won't hesitate to stop in for a delicious meal unless I'm just out of cash I'll stop in and get something to eat which is a treat because I don't get to town often. All foundation drinks only cost a dollar so I'll at least stop every time to grab a pop; it beats getting out of my car at gas stations risking getting covid or having deal with people I just don't want...

Worst mcdonalds ever seen or ate at! Disquisting store and bathrooms, employees sould not be allowed 2 work there, always got orders wrong, takes a very very long time to even get hr order and its never right. Managers need to be fired and new ones replaced. Been sitting in this drive thru over 20 mins there was only me and another van infront of me ive had to shut my car off two times finally get to the window that you're not even have my drinks correct I don't know how they could have messed that up because I'm the only other person in the Drive-Thru and then I just sat there for another 7 minutes waiting on my food and my eyes are not even warm so you tell me what goes on McDonald's here in Centerville Iowa I mean...
