Today this poor employee got stuck with the lunch rush by herself bc her co-worker left. The men before me had multiple sandwiches and were there for an hour and asked her to finish his last sandwich before mine which was understandable. She started crying bc she was overwhelmed. If her co-worker would have helped her instead of making his friends lunches before the customers and not have left her hanging during lunch rush this could have been avoided. After me and the other gentleman told her it wasn't her fault another man walked out and she had multiple customers still waiting. The employee working tonight forgot our 2 pretzels which was the whole reason for the order being placed. We had to drive all the way back no big deal. He then told us he had no idea we even ordered them even though he's the one who made our order. He was on the phone the whole time with someone probably why he missed part of order. She had a HUGE LINE, and gave exemplary service, not trying to skip any steps She had phone calls and special orders and she was professional and courteous to everyone. Looks like she was expecting another worker who no-showed, which would call for a manager. Looks like that manager was MIA. People like Jennifer are few and far between for small businesses, I would hate to think she is being taken for granted....
