ZIG ZAG Gallery — Attraction in Centerville

This gift shop has some nice items.... a little over priced... Customer Service is poor....Character of staff... questionable.... Did not have a good experience...Return policy...must return items within in 7 days for full credit otherwise you get a store credit.... very difficult to do when you are buying at Christmas... Wanted to purchase item in the store...they insisted the price was different than item listed... had quite a bit of dialogue with manager...who finally conceded to sell at price indicated on tag . When I was going to pick up item... was told it had just sold. Really? Sounds a little fishy to me. If you see something interesting in this store you may want to check on line. I was able to purchase the same item for a lot less.... including no shipping. I know it is important to shop local... but only when the store has good customer service, good employee character and fair pricing.... Sorry but I had to rate this "Gallery" a 1. I will not be back based on how I was treated and store...

This is a really great place to find unique things. I was born and raised in Centerville but have lived in other parts of the country the last 15 or so years. Before my last visit in early December my parents told me how great this Gallery was... and they were spot on! The ladies running the shop were fun to talk to and excited to discuss the artists behind some of the great works. LOTS and LOTS of wonderful things here for any occasion. A great place to shop! I bought a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. Can't wait to...

Love this store. They have a lot of handmade work made by artists from around the country...something for everyones taste. Nice variety of potter, glass, jewelry and metal work.
