Worst customer service ever! I stopped in about 2 pm and there were 4 people working and one customer . Two of the employees were doing I'm not sure what basically just wondering around. The other two were both at the same register. I assumed it was a shift change. No one greeted me or acknowledged I was there. No one made eye contact with me. they seemed all consumed with what they were doing. I looked at the menu overhead I picked up a menu from the counter looked it over while I waited went over and looked in their freezer section came back. Kept myself as occupied as I could. Finally the one customer that was there before me went to the checkout and the lady asked her if that was all she needed and rang her up. Still have not been acknowledged. I kept trying to step up to the counter to order but was dismissed Then the cashier and the customer begin to talk about the issues they have with her bank and overdrafts, then they continued to talk about their grandchildren Still no one acknowledged me. It was as if I didn't exist. I didn't say anything I just turned around and walked out. I waited 10 minutes, never have I been ignored like this I would never go back again. we need negative Stars in order to rate them correctly. Online ordering is what gets a 1 star. We ordered our Thanksgiving meal and when I went to get it today NOTHING I ordered was there! I waited in the long line then when it was my turn the I told the server my order number, then she started guessing what I got. She didn't even know. We ordered a whole Turkey but the only ones they had left were cajun. The size ham I ordered was out and currently being glazed so I had to get a larger peice, which meant more money from me. The pecan pie I ordered was out!!!!! Literally my whole order was unable to be fulfilled. What is the point of ordering ahead of time to not even get your order?!!!!! I selected today for my pickup day because I thought my order would be ready. Had I known that it doesn't even matter I would have sent days ago since I know they sell out. DON'T OFFER ONLINE ORDERING IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FULFILL IT!!!!! Thanks for ruining our first Thanksgiving in...

I pre-ordered a bone-in ham for Dec. 21 pick-up where I would pay in-store. I went through all of the steps to get my order in AND to get the $5 off coupon for ordering it for either Dec. 2st or 22nd. Of course when I go pick up ham no coupon was applied 😒. Since this was my 1st time getting ANYTHING there I wasn't sure of the price. Sticker shock is an understatement. I paid $81+ch. for that ham! If my daughter wasn't insisting on having a Christmas celebration (out of town for Thanksgiving) I guarantee you I would not have spent that much on meat! But the ham was good.
