Location needs to work on completing orders, Having food ready not sit around waiting for a order to be placed, we watched as they appeared to flash fry old chicken in the deep fryer, OR chicken is Always to be pressure fried as my uncle designed, Extra crispy is deep fried, our chicken was taken out of the deep fryer we waited 30-40 minutes for a meal that was soggy and flavorless, definitely not my uncle's quality, we were shortened sides we ordered extra of, cost $66.25 total, we called in to complain and only got "we will put it in the books" and hung up, I made a food review online with my honest opinions and what I hear towns folk saying, managers unprofessional, they reached out via Facebook and we had a good convo, but then I got a notification of the GM sharing my post cussing about other customers complaining and to direct message her on fb, her comments under that post was encouraged employees insulting me and what I do, Unprofessional, assistant manager PM me on tiktok insulting me and what I do (unprofessional) if a restaurant can't handle reviews when the quality is bad then they shouldn't be in the restaurant industry, I have family and friends in kfc who have worked with the Colonel and to present day that own and manage their own stores, from them I personally know what the food is supposed to be like. I reached out on the website prior to my online review, no response just unprofessional behavior because they didn't appreciate being pointed out for mistakes that apparently many have had similar experience with, I've taken this to Corporate and VFC (owners of this location) letting them known of my review, the food my family was served and the behavior of their "managers" so it's now in their ball park on what to do, but I and my family certainly will never eat at this location again, I thought the employees were nice, the managers I thought too until they started sending me comments and messages unprofessionally insulting my finances, my work, and my person for criticism over the experience. Almost always they’ll hand me the bag and say “thanks bye” (if I even get a thanks, it’s usually just a hand gesture to drive away from the window) and I have to stop them before they close the window to say I have one (or more) drinks they haven’t given me.
