Crackin' and Stackin' — Restaurant in Central Point

My bestie and I went in for a breakfast at 11:00 am. We show up and are waiting to be seated and there seemed to be no server anywhere. Suddenly she pops out from outside (maybe a smoke break??) and just goes “go to whatever table you want” we see the booths however they are all dirty. Mind you I’m holding my 1 year old child so I grab myself a high chair and sat at a dirty table. A nice young host kid comes by and offers to give us drinks. My friend says her drink and asks if we can get a towel to wipe it down ourselves. But at that point I just look at my friend and go “do you just wanna go to the one in Medford?” And she goes “absolutely”As we walked away from the table the server goes “you’re leaving ?” And my friend goes “yep” literally the Medford one is way cleanlier, friendlier staff, and no confusing seating selection because a host brings you to a table. So if you want to try this restaurant I would suggest to go to the one in Medford! That one is a 5!!! It just very much felt like the waitress was very inconvenienced by having customers willing to try them out...

I've heard great things about this place for a good brunch, so we stopped in. I ordered one lemon blueberry pancake with a fruit cup, both of which I wasn't terribly impressed by.

The blueberry had an oddly artificial taste to it, and the "fruit cup" was literally only cantaloupe and melon with exactly 4 grapes. I was expecting some nice strawberries, blueberries, apples, etc.

I also felt like the pricing was steep for the quality and quantity of food you're getting.

The interior has a charm to it, but you'd never be able to tell from outside. I'd be willing to try other items from the menu to see if maybe my experience was just a...

Waited for over 45 minutes to get our food. Food was sent back due to undercooked eggs, potato’s were also undercooked. The service received two stars because when the waitstaff finally came to our table, she was cheerful and efficient. The atmosphere is dirty. The outside looks like a dive bar, the inside has air vents that haven’t been cleaned in forever. The tables are wiped but the seats are not. Save yourself the hassle and drive the extra few minutes to the Medford location of this restaurant. They are ten times better than this dive. My recommendation is that Medfords management come to Central Point and retrain this staff in...
