Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Central Point

I was disappointed because they have this BOGO special on Mondays. So, I created an account in order to get this special online to pick up. My husband's birthday on top of it. Plus, we have kids and a father in law to feed so, we could use the extra pizza. I got there and there was no extra (BOGO)pizza I was expecting. (Just reg ol cheese) what's the big deal🤷‍♀️. Not giving it up!! Apparently they didn't know. No manager, no one to call, no cheese pizza. I had to order a family size specialty (which I did) but the online situation was very unclear, does not give u any options or direct u on how to use the Monday only, online to pick up, family size specialty pizza. What else do they expect me to do? I'm hoping that the young lady that helped me(to the best of her ability) gives the manager my name and number. I asked for that to happen because they just would not give me the BOGO pizza that I thought I was getting. I spent a good 15-20 mins in there showing them exactly what I did to order and they were stumped. Make sure u know how, EXACTLY, to use the BOGO SPECIAL ONLINE or u will not get what ur expecting. We received a coupon for Papa Murphy’s and decided to give them a try. This was our first time ordering from them. Normally we eat pizza out and spend quite a lot more money to get a great pizza. But last night we didn’t feel like going out. Any way, I was surprised when the very pleasant young lady told us that the pizza would be ready in five minutes. So we left, they are about 5 minutes away, and sure enough it was ready. The same young woman told us how to cook the pizza, we took it home, and it was ready in less than 20 minutes. We ordered the Murphy combo and for less than half of what I usually pay, it was surprisingly good. The crust turned out great on the pan they give you so don’t worry about having the correct pans. One more thing. It was A Friday night at around 4:30 in the afternoon and they were already getting busy. Luckily they have plenty staff and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly staff they all had big smiles on their face. Cash and/or credit or Ebt card's are excepted. The take and bake pizza 🍕 is awesome for lunches or when you just don't feel like cooking a big meal for dinner they also have lasagna, cookie dough,soda pop. Even a build you're own salad if you're not a meat lover I should know I worked their many moon's ago I mean many 🌙 ago,,, lolhaha. Call it in you're way home and stop by and see the happy smiles might put one on you after a long day. Very clean store.
