I go here often for lunch. Their service is pretty quick and food is always on point. Some locations skimp on ingredients. This location doesn't. I have only one critique.
They just started using customer service to take your order outside using tablets. Sometimes there are two people. The problem is that they aren't trained to lead and follow cars as the line moves. There will be nearly 40 feet of space between the car ordering and the one in front which pushes cars into Whitmore. It doesn't seem to register with the parking lot orderers to move WITH the line so that people don't line jump or so that cars don't get backed up into the main road. Common sense! Chick Fil-A has this down pat. They ask the cars to move with them up the line in order to make room for more people.
Just a thought! And there is no need for using tablets when there is low traffic. It causes more problems...

Worst customer service I have had. I went through the drive through and orderd. I paid at the first window foe my order. When i got to the front window they gave me my food and then said that the freeze machine is broke. I asked for the money back for the pineapple freeze. They asked for my receipt. I handed it to them. They gave me that money back. When I asked for a receipt they would not give me one. I was missing some of my order and without the receipt I could not go in to prove it. I will not be going back to this location and will be letting all my coworkers know to boycott this location. I am a supervisor for my company and have 30 drivers that report to me. My sister and I want to eat there. The shell's where old. When we want back in there, they gave us two new one when we got to the car and opened the box you will never believe what we saw. One big mess. Well we had to go back in the and get our money back. This is not the first time this has happened. When we go through the drive though we expect it to be right. This is not good business if you ask me. I bet we where not the only one today that this happened too.
