Update!!! July 4th. The people in charge at Sabarro dont mess around. I left a rather negative review about my last experience at Sabarro, who's Pizza by the way I love and have loved for along time, but the last visit did not go so well (read 1st coment down below) and a few days later I was contacted by, i am asumming headquarters, with an apology. Now to be honest even a simple apology was unexpected because most places don't respond to there negative reviews but not Sabarro. So they apologized for the negative experience and they sent me a comp meal ticket in the mail. Like the actual physical mail box. When they said they were going to send me something I just assumed it was via email but I got a personalized letter and everything. So thank you Sabarro for doing good work and for what ever it helps I have used my rating for you. I look forward to my next slice of pizza!!!
Don't get me wrong I love to Sbarro Pizza but certain to Sbarro's ate better than others this place had a staff who did not know what they were doing when they give me my pizza I opened the box the front half of my slice was missing just gone two out of the three people behind the counter did not speak English and the one that did had a very heavy Chinese accent it was difficult to understand her. The two who did not speak English spoke only Spanish how they spoke with eachother I have no idea which might have been part of the problem. Pizza was cold to boot. It was in a mall with a lot of pretty people to look at thats why I gave it a 4 on...

Sbarro has been a tenant at Los Cerritos Center for a very long time. And, for all those years, I never purchased any of their food. All the options at the food court, and Sbarro just never interested me. When my brother and sis-in-law ordered lunch from Sbarro, I saw their rewards signage and decided to sign up, hoping for some free food and/ or deals. And, before long, I had a 2 slices/$5 coupon.
Supreme pizza- Want fresh? Not here. After a quick warm up, I had my large slice of supreme pizza. While I enjoyed the thin crust & toppings, the pizza just seemed meh. Little Caesar's Extra Most Bestest & Deep! Deep! Dish are much more satisfying to me. Perhaps because it's not freshly made from the oven? I'd say a slice at Costco should garner greater attention than a slice at Sbarro's.
Service was okay. I was rung up in a timely manner, and I only had to show my coupon via phone. Sbarro is located right next to the west entrance of the Los Cerritos Center food court.
Not a fan. I only see myself coming back to Sbarro if they offer a free birthday month slice or what not. Their supreme pizza left a lot to be desired, and not being a frequent pizza eater, I want to make sure when I do decide for some pie, I'll partake of...
Read moreThe pizza and the Stromboli were fresh out of the oven🤤 and I ordered a Stromboli and the Mexican guy with the newspaper boy hat got it for me and put it to the side while he was grabbing my side salad, then a Chinese lady came to charge me and when the guy brought the Stromboli to the pick up it was a totally different Stromboli than the one he had gotten first. I think they believe people are stupid, I was going to cancel the order but I was hungry and the other restaurants were busy so I just took the old reheated Stromboli and ate it🤬🤬🤬. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even to...
