A cute diner with very friendly staff from entrance to server. The food like any diner is cooked to order. It's pretty good but my husband had asked for his potatoes to be extra crispy and it wasn't. We shouldn't clarified that he wanted it more on the burnt side. It still tasted good. On the menu their chipped beef seemed to be their specialty. It was really good, I liked a little bit more saltier but this was good still. My husband loved that it was creamy and no as salty. So if you're watching your cholesterol, the chipped beef isn't that bad. I ordered pancakes, they are huge! So there are quantity options, if you're not a big eater, one pancake is filling. All in all, not bad for a quick bite for breakfast.

It’s probably been twenty years since I have stepped foot in this restaurant, thought we’d give it a whirl for takeout. I wish I had time to sit; this would be the perfect kind of diner place to write, or do some paperwork. Plenty of tables, and you could be left alone with your coffee or tea if you chose-but, I don’t have the time for that- I’ll put that on the bucket list. In the meantime, the order was nicely taken over the phone and ready when I got there. I was picking up for some else-order chicken tenders and fries - metered parking right out on the street and a lot literally across the street. Plenty of seating available, nice solid diner type menu chicken tender basket included 3 tenders.

Was very impressed how the sausage and gravy tasted. Definitely taste like they made their own. The potatoes could have been better. The waitress was friendly and didn’t bother me by coming by the table every two minutes ya know!! The restaurant is very clean and organized so I recommend stopping by for a meal to find out for yourself.

My girlfriend and I went there today at 12:30. Parking is awkward. Went in and stood for a few minutes before we were told to seat ourselves. A simple sign would suffice. Place looked clean and had large windows with a nice view. I don't think our middle aged waitress wanted to be there. I detected a slight bad attitude. We ordered drinks which the chocolate milk was delicious. I ordered the French Slam breakfast that comes with 2 eggs, sausage, bacon, and hash browns. My girlfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries with mustard and ketchup to which the waitress said ketchup is at the booths even though it wasn't. She got us ketchup and said she would get us mustard. Food came quickly and looked good. We reminded waitress we still needed mustard. Waited for 5 minutes...still no mustard. My girlfriend went to counter to ask for mustard and saw waitress on phone...she finally got off phone and my girlfriend asked if she could get mustard and waitress said "I'm getting it". So after the cafeteria grade burger was cold we finally got the mustard. The fries were decent. My French toast was average at best.. should be fried crispy...not toasted and soggy. Bacon was excellent...over easy eggs was good as was the hash browns and sausage. When we took check to register an older lady took credit card and asked if we wanted to put tip on check. Why do they do that instead of printing receipt and letting me add tip privately? That's personal and should not be pressured. Overall I won't go back...to many other pleasant...

This was going our first time being here to celebrate my husband's uncle's birthday but as soon as we walked in around 7:30pm on 4/25 we waited at the entrance for about a minute or two to be seated when a vey rude waitress said in a nasty way to pick a place to sit we lock the doors in 5 minutes even though the place closes at 8pm. So we picked a place to sit and she comes over and throws down our menus and asks us what do we want to drink and we didn't have time to see what they have, so we told her and she goes over to her co worker and my husband heard her saying rude things so we just decided to leave and my husband told her to forget the drinks that we are going somewhere else because of her rudeness and she tried to make excuses as soon as my husband said that he was going to contact the manager and it just went down hill from there. But my boss was right, people do remember the bad things more than the good things because we are never going to try to eat...

This little restaurant must have been real popular at one time and maybe that's how word got around about the place. Because this was the worst service I've had since moving here. No words can truly describe how rude the waitress was that had our table but then when it came time to pay the check to the older lady at the register she too was equally miserable, mean, condescending, and obviously disliked herself along with the rest of the human race. I'm serious, that is the impression she gave me. I have worked in restaurants before and I know people have bad days. But I've never treated any guests with such disrespect and coldness as she did myself and my lunch partner. A simple lunch turned into a disaster. And for the record this was on my second visit there. The first visit wasn't much better but I still gave it another chance just...
